HUBUNGAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENDUKUNG KEPATUHAN PASIEN DENGAN MOTIVASI DALAM MENJALANI TERAPI HIPERTENSI DI POLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN 2015
ABSTRAK
Faktor-faktor yang mendukung kepatuhan yaitu pendidikan, akomodasi, modifikasi faktor lingkungan dan sosial, perubahan model terapi dan interaksi tenaga kesehatan. Kepatuhan pasien yang menjalani terapi hipertensi harus memiliki motivasi tinggi, apabila motivasi pasien tersebut rendah maka pasien akan sulit untuk mengotrol tekanan darahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mendukung kepatuhan dengan motivasi pasien dalam menjalani terapi hipertensi di RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2015. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif korelational, dengan desain cross sectional study. Subjek penelitian 85 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam bentuk 19 pernyataan untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang mendukung kepatuhan dan dalam bentuk 9 pernyataan untuk mengukur motivasi pasien. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan motivasi pasien menjalani terapi (p-value 0,002), ada hubungan antara akomodasi dengan motivasi pasien menjalani terapi (p-value 0,009), ada hubungan antara modifikasi faktor lingkungan dan sosial dengan motivasi pasien menjalani terapi (p-value 0,001), ada hubungan antara perubahan model terapi dengan motivasi pasien menjalani terapi (p-value 0,00) dan ada hubungan antara interaksi tenaga kesehatan dengan motivasi pasien menjalani terapi (p-value 0,001). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang mendukung kepatuhan dengan motivasi dalam menjalankan terapi hipertensi di RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2015. Direkomendasikan kepada perawat agar lebih mensupport dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan secara terstruktur, sehingga pasien termotivasi menjalani terapi hipertensi.

FACTORS RELATED TO SUPPORT THE COMPLIANCE AND MOTIVATION OF PATIENTS IN UNDERGOING THERAPY FOR HYPERTENSION AT POLYCLINIC OF RSUD dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN IN 2015
The factors that support compliance namely; education, accommodation, modification of environmental and social factors, changes of interaction model of therapy and health personnel. Compliance of patients who undergo hypertension treatment should have high motivation , if motivation is low patient then the patient would be difficult to control the blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the factors that support compliance with the motivation of patients in the therapy of hypertension at RSUDZA Banda in 2015. The method of this study is correctional descriptive, with cross-sectional study design. There were 85 research subjects which were taken by using purposive sampling of respondents. The questionnaire in the form of Dischotomous Choice, including 19 statements to measure the factors that support compliance and in the form of 9 Likert’s scale statements to measure patient motivation. The Data were analyzed by using Chi-Square Test. The results generally show there is a relationship between education and patient’s motivation in attempting the therapy (with p-value 0.0025), there is a relationship between accommodation with motivational therapy patients (with p-value 0.009), there is a relationship between modification of environmental and social factors with the patient's motivation to undergo the therapy (with p-value 0.001), there is a correlation between the change in the model of motivation of patients in taking the therapy (with p-value 0.001) and there is a relationship between the interaction energy the motivation of the patient's health therapy (with p-value 0.001). The conclusion is a relationship between the factors that support compliance with the motivation in running RSUDZA hypertension therapy in Banda Aceh, 2015. It is recommended that nurses to be more support by providing structured health education, so that patients are motivated to undergo treatment of hypertension.
