ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi
akuntansi, pengetahuan akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pelatihan
terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Banda Aceh.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh
yang telah menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi dan memanfaatkan teknologi serta
mendapatkan pelatihan dalam operasional bisnis. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 UMKM yang
memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis
menggunakan berbagai metode statistik, termasuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji
asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis
regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis (uji simultan, uji parsial, dan koefisien
determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi
akuntansi, pengetahuan akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pelatihan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh.
Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengelolaan UMKM, dengan
rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pelatihan dan pemanfaatan teknologi guna
meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional bisnis.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of accounting information systems, accounting knowledge, information technology utilization, and training on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banda Aceh. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study consists of MSMEs in Banda Aceh that have implemented accounting information systems, utilized technology, and received training in their business operations. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 MSMEs that meet the research criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using various statistical methods, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (simultaneous test, partial test, and coefficient of determination).The results of the study indicate that the implementation of accounting information systems, accounting knowledge, information technology utilization, and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Banda Aceh. This study provides important contributions to MSME management, with recommendations to enhance training and technology utilization to improve competitiveness and operational efficiency.
