PADA  ANAK  USIA  SEKOLAH  DI  SEKOLAH  DASAR  KECAMATAN &#13;
SYIAH KUALA BANDA ACEH &#13;

ABSTRAK &#13;
 &#13;
Bullying merupakan salah satu tindakan kekerasan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan &#13;
sekolah. Kasus bullying  di Indonesia yang terjadi di sekolah dari tahun 2011 sampai &#13;
2014  tercatat  sebanyak  1.480  kasus.  Faktor  penyebab  tindakan  bullying  perlu  di &#13;
identifikasi untuk mencegah tingginya angka bullying di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian &#13;
ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan  faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  tindakan &#13;
bullying pada anak usia sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda &#13;
Aceh. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelatif melalui pendekatan cross &#13;
sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia sekolah kelas IV dan &#13;
V  dari  11  Sekolah  Dasar  di  Kecamatan  Syiah  Kuala.  Pengambilan  sampel &#13;
menggunakan  teknik  purposive  sampling  dengan  jumlah  sampel  94  responden. &#13;
Pengumpulan data penelitian  ini dilakukan pada  tanggal 22 Mei sampai dengan 6 &#13;
Juni  2015.  Alat  pengumpulan  data  berupa  kuesioner  yang  terdiri  dari  22  item &#13;
pertanyaan untuk variabel faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi tindakan bullying,  dan &#13;
8 item pernyataan untuk variabel tindakan bullying dalam bentuk skala likert dengan &#13;
cara ukur wawancara terpimpin. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square  &#13;
(2x2) dengan Confidence Interval  95% (? = 0,05). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan &#13;
bahwa ada hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tindakan bullying pada anak &#13;
usia  sekolah  (P-value =  0,000). Ada  hubungan  antara  faktor  individu  (P-value = &#13;
0,000),  faktor keluarga  (P-value = 0,000),  faktor  teman sebaya  (P-value = 0,003), &#13;
faktor sekolah (P-value = 0,048), faktor media (P-value = 0,042) dengan tindakan &#13;
bullying pada anak usia sekolah. Diharapkan bagi pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan &#13;
pengawasan terhadap siswa, melakukan bimbingan etika, dan mencontohkan kepada &#13;
siswa perilaku yang baik  serta menghindari  kekerasan di  sekolah. Bagi orang  tua &#13;
diharapkan  untuk mengawasi  aktivitas  yang  dilakukan  oleh  anak  dan mengontrol &#13;
perkembangan anak. &#13;

THE FACTORS INFLUENCING BULLYING ACTIONS AT SCHOOL-AGE &#13;
CHILDREN IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OF SYIAH KUALA &#13;
SUBDISTRICT IN BANDA ACEH &#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
 &#13;
Bullying is one of the violent actions that frequently occurs in school environment. &#13;
The bullying cases in Indonesia existing at schools from 2011 to 2014 were recorded &#13;
for 1.480 cases. The causing factors of bullying actions need to be identified in order &#13;
to prevent the high number of bullying at schools. The objective of this research was &#13;
to  find  out  the  relation  of  factors which  influence  bullying  actions  at  school-age &#13;
children  in  Elementary  Schools  of  Syiah  Kuala  Subdistrict  in  Banda Aceh.  The &#13;
design of research used was descriptive and correlational through a cross sectional &#13;
study approach. The population of this research was school-age children of Grade IV &#13;
and  V  from  11  Elemantty  Schools  in  Syiah  Kuala  Subdistrict.  The  selection  of &#13;
sample  carried  out  through  the  technique  of  purposive  sampling    with  the  total &#13;
sample of 94 respondents. The collection of data in this research was conducted on &#13;
May 22 until June 6, 2015. The  instrument of data collections was questionnaires &#13;
consisting of 22 questions  items  for a variable of  the  factors  influencing  bullying  &#13;
actions, and 8 questions items for a variable of bullying actions. The questionnaires &#13;
were designed in likert scale with guided interview as a way to measure. Statistical &#13;
test used was Chi Square test (2x2) with Confidence Interval of 95% (? = 0,05). The &#13;
results of data analysis  showed  that  there was  a  relation on  factors  that  influence &#13;
bullying actions at school-age children (P-value = 0,000). There was relation among &#13;
an individual factor (P-value = 0,000), familial factor (P-value = 0,000), a peer factor &#13;
(P-value = 0,003), a school factor (P-value = 0,048), media factor (P-value = 0,042) &#13;
to bullying actions at school-aged children. School personnel are expected to increase &#13;
a  supervision  to  the  students,  to conduct an ethical counseling, and  to provide an &#13;
example of good attitudes, also to avoid the use of violence at schools. The parents &#13;
are also expected to monitor the children activities and to control their development. &#13;
