Penelitian ini membahas pertumbuhan ekspor dan pentingnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam perbandingan Indonesia dan negara mitra dagang (Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand dan Filipina) tahun 2005-2023 menggunakan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi Singapura, Malaysia dan Filipina berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ekspor Indonesia ke negara Singapura, Malaysia dan Filipina dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Thailand bepengaruh negatif signifikan dalam jangka pendek terhadap ekspor Indonesia ke negara Thailand dalam jangka pendek. Sedangkan dalam jangka panjang pertumbuhan ekonomi Singapura berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ekspor Indonesia ke Singapura sementara Malaysia, Filipina dan Thailand berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap ekspor Indonesia ke negara Malaysia, Filipina dan Thailand. Semakin dekat suatu negara maka pola hidup masyarakat akan semakin sama sehingga produk yang dihasilkanpun akan sama. Hubungan negatif antara ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat terjadi meskipun ekspor mengalami kenaikan, karena aktifitas ekspor dalam bentuk produk tidak sepenuhnya berasal dari dalam negeri.

ABSTRACT Title : ASEAN Economic Growth and Indonesian Exports Student Name : Annisa Student ID : 1801101010073 Faculty/Deparment : Economics and Business/Economic Development Academic Advisor : Dr. Aliasuddin, S.E, M.Si This study discusses export growth and the importance of economic growth in the comparison of Indonesia and trading partner countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines) in 2005-2023 using the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that the economic growth of Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines had a significant positive effect on Indonesia's exports to Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines and Thailand's economic growth had a significant negative effect in the short term on Indonesia's exports to Thailand in the short term. Meanwhile, in the long term, Singapore's economic growth had a significant positive effect on Indonesia's exports to Singapore while Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand had an insignificant negative effect on Indonesia's exports to Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. The closer a country is, the more similar the lifestyle of the people will be so that the products produced will be the same. The negative relationship between exports and economic growth can occur even though exports have increased, because export activities in the form of products are not fully derived from within the country.
