Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha hidroponik Do Green yang berlokasi di Desa Geu Gajah Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha dengan indikator biaya yaitu : biaya total, pendapatan, penerimaan, dan komponen kelayakan serta melihat tingkat persaingan kemudian mencari strategi bersaing yang dapat digunakan dengan analisis Porter's Five Forces. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif daan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan semua informasi serta menentukan penilaian oleh pemilik usaha yang sudah ditentukan dalam hal ini usaha hidroponik Do Green. Kemudian ditentukan penilaian rata-rata dan penentuan bobot. Lalu terakhir dilakukan kombinasi dari rata-rata dan bobot tadi guna memperoleh total skor untuk melihat tingkat persaingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha hidroponik Do Green memiliki R/C ratio sebesar 2.81 yng menunjukkan bahwa usaha layak untuk dijalankan. Selain itu, analisis Porter's Five Forces menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persaingan dalam industri hidroponik berada pada kategori sedang (3.44) dengan ancaman pendatang baru dan produk pengganti yang cukup signifikan. Pada penelitian ini strategi yang dikembangkan adalah strategi generik yaitu dengan cost leadership, differentiation, innovation, growth, dan alliance.

This research was conducted at the Do Green hydroponic business, located in Geu Gajah Village Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency. The objective of this study was to analyze the feasibility of the business with cost indicators, namely total cost, revenue, acceptance, and feasibility components, as well as to assess the level of competition and identify competitive strategies that can be used with Porters Five Forces analysis. The research method employed is a case study with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires and the business owner of Do Green hydroponic business was consulted for their assessment. The average assessment and weight determination were then determined, and finally a combination of the average and weight was carried out to obtain a total score to see the level of competition. The findings indicated that the hydroponic business under scrutiny possesses an R/C ratio of 2.81 signifying its feasibility. Furthermore, the application of Porter's Five Forces analysis reveals that the hydroponic industry is characterized by a medium level of competitiveness (3.44) exhibiting the threat of new entrants and the presence of significant substitute products. The study's finding led to the formulationn of a generic strategy, namely cost leadership, diffrentiation, innovation, growth, and alliance.
