Ketidakpastian rantai pasok material dapat menjadi risiko yang mempengaruhi
keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menentukan faktor dan indikator risiko rantai pasok material yang mempengaruhi
kinerja kontraktor terhadap waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung dan
menentukan risiko dominan pada proyek kontruksi gedung. Penelitian ini dilakukan
pada 3 proyek kontruksi gedung yang berlangsung di Aceh Besar dan Banda Aceh
Tahun 2024 dengan melibatkan 18 responden yang didapatkan berdasarkan teknik
purposive sampling, dimana responden ditentukan berdasarkan jabatan yang
menangani material proyek konstruksi gedung. Jumlah jawaban dari setiap
pernyataan kuesioner untuk mengetahui bobot frekuensi dan dampak dari setiap
indikator risiko rantai pasok material. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mendapatkan rata-rata jawaban dari frekuensi dan
dampak risiko. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan 4 faktor dan 36
indikator risiko dan berdasarkan kategorisasi risiko yang telah dilakukan terdapat
indikator risiko paling dominan pada proyek A dan C yaitu pemesanan ulang
material karena kerusakan atau kehilangan material di gudang penyimpanan dan
pada proyek B adalah pengiriman ulang material karena mutu material tidak sesuai
spesifikasi seperti pemesanan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada 4 faktor, 36
indikator risiko rantai pasok material, indikator risiko pemesanan ulang material
karena kerusakan dan kehilangan material di gudang penyimpanan dan pengiriman
ulang material karena mutu material tidak sesuai spesifikasi seperti pemesanan
merupakan risiko paling dominan dari ketiga proyek yang diteliti.

Material supply chain uncertainty can be a risk that affects delays in the implementation of construction projects. This study aims to determine the factors and indicators of material supply chain risk that affect the performance of contractors on the implementation time of building construction projects and determine the dominant risks in building construction projects. This research was conducted on 3 building construction projects that took place in Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh in 2024 involving 18 respondents obtained based on the purposive sampling technique, where respondents were determined based on the position that handles building construction project materials. The number of responses from each questionnaire statement to find out the weight, frequency, and impact of each material supply chain risk indicator. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis to get the average answer from the frequency and impact of risk. Based on the analysis carried out, 4 factors and 36 risk indicators were obtained, and based on the risk categorization that has been carried out, there are the most dominant risk indicators in projects A and C, namely reordering materials due to damage or loss of materials in the storage warehouse and in project B, re-delivery of materials because the quality of materials is not in accordance with specifications such as orders. So it can be concluded that there are 4 factors, 36 indicators of material supply chain risk, indicators of the risk of reordering materials due to damage and loss of materials in warehouses, storage and re-delivery of materials because the quality of materials is not in accordance with specifications such as ordering is the most dominant risk of the three projects studied.
