Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Experience, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Dengan Gender Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (studi kasus pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kota Banda Aceh). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner kepada 44 SKPD Kota Banda Aceh, kuesioner penelitian meliputi variabel kompetensi, pengalaman dan tingkat Pendidikan terhadap kualitas
laporan keuangan dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh keterangan dari pegawai bagian keuangan pada setiap SKPD Kota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel kompetensi, Pengalaman kerja dan Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan. Gender tidak memoderasi hungungan antara kompetensi, experience dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Kompetensi ini bersifat netral terhadap gender, sehingga baik pria maupun wanita
memiliki peluang yang sama untuk mencapai tingkat kompetensi yang diperlukan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan gender tidak signifikan dalam menentukan
pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Competence, Experience, and Education Level on the Quality of Financial Reports with Gender as a Moderating Variable (case study on the Regional Government Work Unit of Banda Aceh City). This study uses a quantitative research approach. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire distribution technique to 44 SKPDs of Banda Aceh City. The research questionnaire includes variables of competence, experience and level of education on the quality of financial reports with geindeer as a moderating variable that aims to obtain information from financial department employees in each SKPD of Banda Aceh City. Based on the research results, the coefficient variables, work experience and education level have a positive effect on the quality of the financial reports produced. However, Geindeer did not moderate the relationship between coefficient, experience and education level on the quality of financial reports. This coefficient is neutral to Geindeer, so that both men and women have the same opportunity to achieve the required level of competence. This shows that the geindeer difference is not significant in determining the influence of the competence coefficient on the quality of financial reports.
