Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran dewan, komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, dan kepemilikan manajemen terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan pemenrintah non keuangan yang tercatat di bursa efek indonesia dari periode 2018-2023. Penelitian ini digolongkan kedalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 perusahaan pemerintah non keuangan yang tercatat di bursa efek indonesia periode 2018-2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program E-views 12. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan dan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, selanjutnya hasil penelitian kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan kepemilikan manajemen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

This study aims to determine the effect of board size, independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, and kepemilikan manajemen non Struktur Modal in non-financial government companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from the period 2018-2023. This research is classified into the type of quantitative research using purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The samples in this study were 20 non-financial government companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2018-2023. period 2018-2023. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the E-views 12 program. Multiple linear regression analysis with the E-views 12 program. the results showed that board size and independent board of commissioners have a positive and significant effect on Struktur Modal, then the results of institutional ownership have a negative and significant effect on Struktur Modal. Institutional ownership has a negative and significant effect on Struktur Modal, while kepemilikan manajemen has a negative and insignificant on Struktur Modal.
