ABSTRAK
Prarancangan pabrik gula cair menggunakan daun stevia sebagai bahan baku. Pabrik ini dirancang untuk memproduksi gula cair melalui proses ekstraksi dan evaporasi. Kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 3.000 ton/tahun dengan waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 145 orang. Pabrik ini direncanakan didirikan di Desa Gajah Putih, Kecamatan Timang Gajah, Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Aceh dengan luas tanah 20.490 m2. Sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari PDAM Tirta Bengi sedangkan listrik diperoleh dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan Generator.
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut :
a. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 1.251.208.997.408, -
b. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 220.801.587.778, -
c. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 1.472.010.585.186, -
d. Total biaya produksi (TPC) = Rp 752.026.747.572, -
e. Hasil penjualan (SC) = Rp 1.580.462.036.722, -
f. Laba bersih = Rp 621.326.466.863, -
g. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,24 tahun
h. Break Event Point (BEP) = 34%
i. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 34,08%
j. Rate of Return (ROR) = 42%
Berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik gula cair ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap rancangan.
ABSTRACT This preliminary design of organic liquid sugar plant with stevia leaves as raw material. This plant is designed to produce organic liquid sugar using extraction and evaporation process. The production capacity of this plant is 3.000 tons/year with 330 working days/year and 24 hours/day. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff organizational structure method with 145 total employees. The location of the plant is planned to be established in the Gajah Putih Village, Timang Gajah Region, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province with a land area size of 20.490 m2. The water sources come from PDAM Tirta Bengi, while the electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and generator. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: a. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 1.251.208.997.408, - b. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 220.801.587.778, - c. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 1.472.010.585.186, - d. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 752.026.747.572, - e. Selling Cost (SC) = Rp 1.580.462.036.722, - f. Net profit = Rp 621.326.466.863, - g. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,24 tahun h. Break Event Point (BEP) = 34% i. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 34,08% j. Rate of Return (ROR) = 42% Based on the technical and economic feasibility studies above, it can be concluded that the preliminary design of the organic liquid sugar plant is feasible to proceed to the design stage.
