ABSTRACT SYAUKI KAMAL, CAUSING HANURA PARTY GAINED NO SEATS 2015 IN DPRK BIREUEN AT THE LEGISLATIVE ELECTIONS OF 2014 Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Syiah Kuala (ix,59), pp., bibl., app. (Radhi Darmansyah, M.Sc dan Ishak, SH.,MH) The legislative elections of 2014 are already underway on 9 April 2014, and followed by 12 political parties in national and 3 local political parties in Aceh. One of the national party who participated, namely people's conscience party (Hanura). Hanura party which was declared on 21 December 2006 in Jakarta. Problems occurred when the results of the legislative elections held on 9 April 2014, the party did not gain any seats Hanura in DPRK Bireuen Regency.The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that cause the party gained no seats in the Hanura DPRK Bireuen Regency legislative elections in 2014, and what political strategy applied by the party so that it doesn't get Hanura seats in DPRK Bireuenthey.The data required in the writing of this thesis obtained through qualitative research obtained through research and field libraries. Research libraries are done by reading textbooks and readings related to this research, and the research field is obtained through interviews with some of the informants related to this research.The results of this research indicate that, factors cause the party gained no seats in the Hanura DPRK Bireuen they caused due to the dominance of the party still in Aceh, less famous parliamentary candidates who carried the bad figure, Wiranto for the community of lay, the lack of public confidence with respect to the lack of funds and Hanura witnesses. Political strategy applied by the party during the legislative election before Hanura, Hanura party using political strategy by doing blusukan, cadre recruitment campaign attributes, and use.It is recommended to the Board the Hanura Bireuen they should have been more focus on prioritizing and pay attention to what conditions needed by the party cadres by recruiting qualified cadres and have a capacity in the field of politics. To Hanura party parliamentary candidates are encouraged to pay more attention to methods of approach to the community so the community knows the background and potential to be a positive outlook for the society. Salah satu partai nasional yang ikut berpartisipasi yaitu partai Hati Nurani Rakyat (Hanura). Partai Hanura di deklarasikan pada tanggal 21 Desember 2006 di Jakarta. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu ketika hasil pemilu legislatif yang berlangsung pada 9 April 2014, Partai Hanura tidak memperoleh kursi di DPRK kabupaten Bireuen untuk kedua kalinya setelah pemilu legislatif 2009. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan Partai Hanura tidak memperoleh kursi di DPRK kabupaten Bireuen pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014, dan strategi politik apa yang diterapkan oleh Partai Hanura sehingga tidak memperoleh kursi di DPRK Bireuen. Data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang didapatkan melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan ada beberapa faktor-faktor penyebab Partai Hanura tidak memperoleh kursi di DPRK Bireuen yaitu pertama, masih adanya dominasi dari Partai Aceh. Kedua, kurang terkenalnya caleg yang diusung. Ketiga, buruknya sosok Wiranto bagi masyarakat awam. Keempat, kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Hanura. Kelima, kurangnya dana saksi. Pada saat sebelum berlangsungnya pemilu legislatif, Partai Hanura menggunakan strategi politik dengan melakukan blusukan, kaderisasi, dan menggunakan atribut kampanye. Disarankan kepada pihak pengurus Partai Hanura Bireuen seharusnya lebih fokus memprioritaskan dan memperhatikan kondisi apa yang dibutuhkan oleh partai. Kepada caleg Partai Hanura dianjurkan untuk lebih memperhatikan metode pendekatan kepada masyarakat agar masyarakat mengetahui latar belakang serta potensi agar menjadi pandangan positif bagi masyarakat.
