Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor determinan dari
ketahanan nasional yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh Entrepreneur Leadership,
Exploitability Knowledge Proficiency, Attitude, Social Media Marketing Activities
dan Intention Behavior. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh masyarakat
dewasa yang menjadi target dari pembinaan teritorial dalam upaya meningkatkan
ketahanan nasional dalam wilayah Kodam Iskandar Muda. Teknik pengambilan
sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan probability sampling secara
stratified atau disebut juga dengan proportionate stratified random sampling.
Perhitungan sampel minimal dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 278
responden yang merupakan representasi pemerintah 50% dan masyarakat 50%.
Alokasi responden di level kabupaten, kecamatan dan desa masing-masing 20%,
20% dan 10%. Hasil penelitian pada pengaruh langsung dari 6 hipotesis verifikatif
yang diuji 5 diantaranya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan yaitu
hipotesis nomor 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5. Hanya satu hipotesis yang tidak terdukung yaitu
hipotesis nomor 6, yang menggambarkan Pengaruh Exploitability Knowledge
Proficiency terhadap community Actual Behavior. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung
Pengaruh Exploitability Knowledge Proficiency terhadap Community Actual
Behavior melalui serial mediation Attitude and Intention Behavior kedua variable
mediasi ini dapat berperan sebagai mediator. Pembuktian peran moderasi Social
Media Strategic Capability juga signifikan yang menunjukkan kemampuan
strategis dalam menggunakan media sosial dapat memodifikasi atau memperkuat
pengaruh Entrepreneur Leadership terhadap community Attitude. Hasil penelitian
ini bermanfaat dalam memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan
bagi TNI (Tentara Nasional Indonesia) dan pihak lain yang relevan untuk
memecahkan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan ketahanan
nasional dan bela negara. Khususnya bagi TNI hasil penelitian ini dapat memberi
masukan dalam peningkatan kualitas program pembinaan teritorial di masa yang
akan datang. Dalam konteks kontribusi terhadap body of knowledge penelitian ini
memberikan kontribusi pada tiga hal. Kontribusi pertama adalah penggunaan
konsep entrepreuneral leaderships dalam pembinaan teritorial yang menghasilkan
variable territorial entrepreunerial leaderhips. Kemudian sintesa variabel baru
yaitu Exploitability Territorial Knowledge Proficiency yang diturunkan dari teori
knowledge management dan resource-based theory, serta kontribusi ketiga adalah
penggunaan social media marketing dalam konteks public communication, yang
juga belum banyak dilakukan dalam kerangka pembinaan teritorial disebuah
kawasan.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinant factors of national resilience which are thought to be influenced by Entrepreneur Leadership, Exploitability Knowledge Proficiency, Attitude, Social Media Marketing Activities and Intention Behavior. The population used is all adult communities who are target of territorial development in an effort to increase national resilience in the Kodam Iskandar Muda region. The sampling technique used is by using stratified probability sampling also known as proportionate stratified random sampling. The minimum sample calculation using the Slovin formula was 278 respondents, representing 50% of the government and 50% of the society. The allocation of respondents at the district, sub-district and village levels was 20%, 20% and 10% respectively. The results of the research on the direct effect of the 6 verification hypotheses tested 5 of them have a positive and significant effect, namely hypotheses number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Only one hypothesis is not supported, namely hypothesis number 6, which describes the effect of Exploitability Knowledge Proficiency on community Actual Behavior. In the indirect effect of the Effect of Exploitability Knowledge Proficiency on Community Actual Behavior through serial mediation Attitude and Intention Behavior, these two mediating variables can act as mediators. Proof of the moderating role of Social Media Strategic Capability is also significant, which shows that strategic capabilities in using social media can modify or strengthen the influence of Entrepreneur Leadership on community Attitude. The results of this research are useful in providing information and knowledge needed for the TNI (Indonesian National Army) and other relevant parties to solve problems and make decisions related to national resilience and state defense. Especially for the TNI, the results of this study can provide input in improving the quality of territorial development programs in the future. In the context of contributing to the body of knowledge, this research contributes to three things. The first contribution is the use of the concept of entrepreneurial leaderships in territorial development which produces territorial entrepreneurial leaderships variables. Then the synthesis of new variables, namely Exploitability Territorial Knowledge Proficiency derived from knowledge management theory and resource based theory, and the third contribution is the use of social media marketing in the context of public communication, which has also not been done much in the framework of territorial development in a region.
