Biaya operasional produksi batubara merupakan biaya yang paling signifikan
dalam struktur biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Kegiatan crushing
batubara, merupakan kegiatan yang paling banyak membutuhkan biaya karena
besarnya konsumsi energi yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya
analisis biaya dari tiap komponen biaya operasi crushing batubara di PT Mifa
Bersaudara agar biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai dengan biaya yang telah ditargetkan
perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui total biaya dan
komponen biaya operasi produksi crushing batubara PT Mifa Bersaudara serta
faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas biaya crushing batubara. Metode yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan membandingkan total biaya aktual
produksi crushing batubara dengan biaya operasi produksi yang telah ditargetkan
perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, komponen biaya produksi crushing
batubara di PT Mifa Besaudara terbagi menjadi biaya produksi crushing, biaya
sewa genset, biaya fuel, biaya rental alat berat, biaya rental crusher, dan biaya
konsumsi listrik. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya pada produksi
crushing batubara adalah volume produksi batubara, biaya energi dan listrik, biaya
sewa peralatan mekanis. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, total biaya aktual
produksi crushing batubara adalah sebesar $184.697,79 pada bulan Mei 2022 dan
$182.847,12 pada bulan Juni 2022. Sedangkan biaya yang ditargetkan perusahaan
adalah sebesar $282.218,48 pada bulan Mei dan $296.461,89 pada bulan Juni.

The operational cost of coal production is the most significant cost in the cost structure that must be incurred by the company. Coal crushing activity is the most costly activity because of the energy consumption required. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the cost of each component of the cost of coal crushing operations at PT Mifa Bersaudara so that the costs incurred are in accordance with the costs that the company has targeted. The purpose of this study is to determine the total cost and cost components of PT Mifa Bersaudara's coal crushing production operations and factors that affect the cost effectiveness of coal crushing. The method used in this research is to compare the total actual cost of coal crushing production with the production operating costs that have been targeted by the company. Based on the results of the analysis, the components of coal crushing production costs at PT Mifa Besaudara are divided into crushing production costs, generator rental costs, fuel costs, heavy equipment rental costs, crusher rental costs, and electricity consumption costs. The factors that affect cost efficiency in coal crushing production are coal production volume, energy and electricity costs, mechanical equipment rental costs. Based on the results of data processing, the actual total cost of coal crushing production is $184,697.79 in May 2022 and $182,847.12 in June 2022. While the Company's targeted costs are $282,218.48 in May and $296,461.89 in June.
