ABSTRAK
Sertifikasi label halal ialah suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa produk makanan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah Islam. Sedangkan BPOM bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa produk makanan aman untuk dikonsumsi dan sudah memenuhi standar kesehatan. UMKM bumbu masak Meurasa suatu produk bumbu instan tanpa bahan pengawet, tanpa penyedap MSG sehingga menyehatkan dan aman. Produk bumbu masak Meurasa ini telah terjual di luar daerah tingkat nasional bahkan internasional.Meurasa Aceh ialah sebuah produk UMKM Aceh yang telah di produksi sejak Tahun 2016 lalu hingga saat ini. Lokasi tempat produksi produk olahan bumbu masak meurasa ini terletak di jalan Rama Setia, Daeh Gelupang, Meurasa, Kota Banda Aceh. Lokasi ini merupakan tempat tinggal dari owner produk bumbu masak Meurasa UMKM Aceh. Produk bumbu masak Maurasa ini adalah bumbu masak instan yang bisa digunakan untuk semua jenis masakan, serta bervariasi yakni : Mie Aceh, Nasi Goreng, Masak Merah, Masak Putih, Kari, Gulai Aceh, dan Ayam Tangkap. Produk Maurasa juga sudah memiliki sertifikat Halal dan BPOM.Penelitianl ini bertujuanl untuk mengetahui apa saja persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi pelaku usaha Meurasa Aceh agar mendapatkan lebel halal dan BPOM.Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif. Teknikl pengumpulan data dilakukan denganl observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis proses sertifikasi label halal dan BPOM pada produk meurasa, Penelitian ini mengunakan teori kebijakan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi dan label halal sangat penting untuk membuktikan bahwa produk kemasan sudah aman dikonsumsi. Dengan adanya sertifikasi label halal dan BPOM membuat produk lebih aman untuk di konsumsi.

ABSTRACT Halal label certification is a process carried out to ensure that food products comply with Islamic sharia principles. While BPOM aims to ensure that food productsl are safe for consumptionl and have met healthl standards. UMKM cooking spicess Meurasa is an instant seasoning produck without preservatives, without MSG flavorings so that it is healthy and safe. This Meurasa cooking spice product has been sold outside the region at the national and even international levels. Meurasa Aceh is an Aceh UMKM product that has been produced sience 2016 until now. The location of the production site for producessed cooking spices is located on Jalan Rama Setia, Daeh Gelupang, Meurasa, Banda Aceh City. This location is the residence of the owner of the Meurasa UMKM Aceh cooking spice product. This Meurasa cooking spices product is an instant cooking spice that can be used for al types of deshes, and varies, namely Aceh Noodless, Fried Rice, Red Cooking, White Cooking, Curry, Aceh Gulai, and Ayam Tangka. Meurasa product also have Halal and BPOM certificates.This Study aims to determine what requirements must be met by Meurasa Aceh business actors in order to obtain halal and BPOM labels. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection tecniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the halal and BPOM label certification process for Meurasa product, this study uses social policy theory. The results of the study indicate thaat halal certification and label are very important to prove that packaged products are safe for comsumption. With the existence of halal and BPOM label certification, product are safer for comsumption. Keywords : Halal Certification, BPOM, Meurasa Aceh.
