Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembayaran non tunai dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dalam data bulanan periode 2019-2023, yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Metode analisis data menggunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pembayaran non tunai berupa kartu debit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh, kemudian pada kartu kredit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan tehadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel belanja modal juga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh. Pemerintah dan Bank Indonesia dapat terus melakukan peningkatan pengawasan dan menjaga kestabilan pembayaran non tunai seperti kartu ATM/debet dan kartu kredit terhadap sistem keuangan dalam upaya menjaga kestabilan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Kemudian juga belanja modal dapat diperhatikan lebih lanjut terkait pengalokasian pendanaan belanja modal, realisasi belanja modal ini juga mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh.

This research aims to determine the effect of non-cash payments and capital expenditure on the economic growth of Aceh Province. This research uses secondary data in monthly data for the 2019-2023 period, sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data analysis method uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The research results show that the non-cash payment variable in the form of debit cards has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Aceh Province, then credit cards have a negative and significant influence on economic growth. The capital expenditure variable also has a negative and insignificant effect on the economic growth of Aceh Province. The government and Bank Indonesia can continue to increase supervision and maintain the stability of non-cash payment systems and instruments such as ATM/debit cards, credit cards and e-money on the financial system in an effort to maintain the stability of the rate of economic growth in Aceh Province. Then, further attention can be paid to capital expenditure regarding the allocation of capital expenditure funding. The realization of this capital expenditure also has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Aceh Province. Keyword: Non-Cash Payments, Capital Expenditures, Economic Growth
