Skripsi ini membahas mengenai dinamika Resimen Mahasiswa dalam perspektif Ketahanan Nasional. Resimen Mahasiswa adalah organisasi yang dibentuk secara langsung oleh militer ini memiliki fungsi sebagai komponen pertahanan negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran Bela Negara Resimen Mahasiswa Pasca Reformasi, teori yang digunakan adalah teori hubungan sipil-militer dengan konsep ketahanan nasional beserta konsep bela negara dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi dokumen dan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian bahwa pasca reformasi, efek dari dihapusnya dwifungsi ABRI resimen mahasiswa tidak memiliki hubungan hierarki secara keorganisasian dengan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), memiliki status sebagai Unit Kegiatan Kampus atau sebagai minat dan bakat mahasiswa tidak mengurangi peran bela negara yang dilakukan oleh Resimen Mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Menurut Undang-Undang PSDN no.23 tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia, kualitas resimen mahasiswa sebagai rakyat terlatih menempatkannya dalam komponen pendukung pertahanan.

This thesis discusses the dynamics of the Student Regiment in the perspective of National Resilience. The Student Regiment is an organization formed directly by the military and functions as a component of national defense. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Post-Reformation Student Regiment's National Defense, the theory used is civil-military relations theory with the concepts of national resilience along with national defense and the method used is qualitative with document and field study designs. Based on the results of the research analysis, post-reformation, the effect of the elimination of the dual function of the ABRI student regiment does not have a hierarchically organizational relationship with the Indonesian National Army (TNI), has the status of a Campus Activity Unit or as students’ interests and talents does not reduce the role of national defense carried out by the Student Regiment in universities. According to the PSDN Law no. 23 of 2019 concerning Human Resource Management, the quality of the student regiment as trained individuals places it in the supporting components of defense.
