ABSTRACT
Affaramey Co.Ltd is a manufacture of pressing system to make bricks (unburned process). The progress has made by employees idea and hardworking for periods of time. As know this progress is affected by the contribution of the employees. To achieve a good quality of employees, we should do quality we control concept. Then, the aim of this research is to know if the quality control cycle could affect working productivity of employees. The researchs data collecting achieved through questionaires distribution directly to 38 respondences at Affaramey coorporation, located on tanggul tepi kali street, leung bata (behinds PLN Co. Ltd ) Banda Aceh. The data is analized with quantitatif analyzing tecnique, using double linear regression analyzed method. The analyze result of this research proves that quality control cycle is hardly affecting employees productivity with correlation cocfisien (r) = 0,712 (71,2 %) and gives positif correlation Y =2,721 + 0,199 X, +0211X,+e. We find out also that effect of quality control cycle to productivity of employees gives results determination correlation (r)= 0,507 (50,7 %) and the other 49,3 % is affected by others unresearched variables. Quality control cycle management should be adopted more seriously by the owner of Affaramey Co. Ltd. This is the main key to progress the rate of employees productivity
