 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh conscientiousness, kepribadian proaktif dan harga diri terhadap hasil pencarian kerja pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala dengan self-efficacy sebagai variable pemediasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convinience, sebanyak 150 kuisioner disebarkan dan hanya 126 kuisioner yang dapat terkumpulkan. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Conscientiousness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala. 2) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala.3) Harga Diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala.4) Conscientiousness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah.5) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah.6) Harga Diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-efficacy pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah. 7)Self-Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala. 8) Conscientiousness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja dengan Self-Efficacy sebagai Variabel Pemediasi pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala. 9) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja dengan Self-Efficacy sebagai Variabel Pemediasi pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala. 10) Harga Diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Pencarian Kerja dengan Self-Efficacy sebagai Variabel Pemediasi pada Lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala..&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
This research aimed to measure the effect of conscientiousness, proactive personality and self-esteem to job search outcomes in graduating of Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University with self-efficacy as mediating variabel. The sample used in this research are graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala Universitywhich totaled 125 respondents. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. convinience sampling was used as sampling technique. As much of 150 questionnaires distributed and only just 126 questionnaires could be collected. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all variables involved in this research. The results are follows: 1) Conscinetiousness significantly effect to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 2) Proactive Personality significantly effect to job search outcomes ofgraduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 3) Self-Esteem significantly effect to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 4)Conscinetiousness significantly effect to self-efficacy of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University.5) Proactive Personality significantly effect to self-efficacy of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 6) Self-Esteem significantly effect to self-efficacy of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University.7)Self-Efficacy significantly effect to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University.8) Self-Efficacyhas perfectly mediated the effect of conscinetiousness to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 9)Self-Efficacyhas perfectly mediated the effect of proactive personality to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. 10) Self-Efficacyhas perfectly mediated the effect of self-esteem to job search outcomes of graduating in Economy Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. &#13;
