Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa yang ditinjau melalui kompetensi aparatur pemerintah desa, partisipasi masyarakat dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional horizon dan sampel dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dengan unit analisis tingkat desa penelitian ini terdiri dari 86 desa di Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan jumlah 86 responden yang terdiri dari kepala desa di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi aparatur pemerintah desa dan pengawasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.

This research aims to examine the accountability of village fund management from the perspective of village government apparatus competence, community participation, and supervision. The study employs a cross-sectional horizon design, and the sample is selected using simple random sampling with the unit of analysis being the village level. This research consists of 86 samples in Aceh Besar Regency, with 86 respondents comprising the village heads in Aceh Besar Regency. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The partial results of this study show that the competence of village government apparatus and supervision do not affect the accountability of village fund management, while community participation does affect the accountability of village fund management.
