Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan desa Lampulo terjadi penurunan pendapatan dikarenakan adanya pandemi Covid-19 sehingga pemerintah menerapkan social distancing, physical distancing, work from home dan pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi sosial masyarakat nelayan dalam segi aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, keragamaan pekerjaan dan kesehatan pada saat dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2023 bertempat di Desa Lampulo, Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif (aspek social) dan analisis pendapatan (aspek ekonomi), dengan jumlah responden 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nelayan rata-rata hanya sampai SMP (40%), tingkat pendidikan istri nelayan rata-rata hanya sampai SMA (50%), dan tingkat pendidikan anak nelayan yang saat ini masih ditempuh adalah rata-rata sampai SMP (59%). Tidak banyak nelayan yang punya pekerjaan sampingan, hanya 1 orang, istri dan anak responden juga tidak ada yang bekerja. Sedangkan untuk akses kesehatan yang memanfaatkan puskesmas sebanyak 85%. Tingkat pendapatan masyarakat nelayan saat Covid-19 berkisar antara Rp1.000.000,00 - Rp2.000.000,00 (65%), sedangkan tingkat pendapatan nelayan pasca Covid-19 rata-rata berkisar antara Rp2.000.000,00 - Rp3.000.000,00 (60%). Secara garis besar hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan pendapatan saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19.

The socioeconomic condition of the fishing community in Lampulo village experienced a decline in income due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which led the government to implement social distancing, physical distancing, work from home, and large-scale social restrictions. This study aims to understand the social conditions of the fishing community in terms of economic, educational, employment, and health aspects during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in November 2023 in Lampulo Village, Banda Aceh City. The research method used was descriptive analysis (social aspects) and income analysis (economic aspects), with a total of 20 respondents. The results of the study show that the average education level of fishermen is up to junior high school (40%), the average education level of fishermen's wives is up to high school (50%), and the current education level of fishermen's children is up to junior high school (59%). Few fishermen have side jobs, with only 1 person reporting additional employment, and none of the respondents' wives or children were employed. Meanwhile, 85% of respondents utilized health services from local community health centers (puskesmas). The income level of the fishing community during the Covid-19 pandemic ranged between IDR 1,000,000 and IDR 2,000,000 (65%), while after the pandemic, it averaged between IDR 2,000,000 and IDR 3,000,000 (60%). Overall, the results indicate that there was a decline in income during the Covid-19 pandemic.
