Pembangunan Lanjutan Konstruksi Dalam Pengerjaan (KDP) Universitas
Syiah Kuala dikerjakan oleh PT. Andifa Dua Putra sebagai kontraktor
pelaksana dengan total anggaran biayanya yaitu Rp,70.148.742.000,00
(Tujuh Puluh Miliar Seratus Empat Puluh Delapan Juta Tujuh Ratus Empat
Puluh Dua Ribu Rupiah). Perencanaan biaya material pekerjaan struktural
dilakukan untuk mengetahui volume kebutuhan material pekerjaan struktural
pada proyek ini. Perencanaan biaya material pekerjaan struktural bertujuan
untuk mengontrol kebutuhan material di lapangan, mengetahui rasio
kebutuhan material pekerjaan struktural tinjauan terhadap keseluruhan biaya
material pekerjaan struktur. Dari hasil perhitungan volume (taking off) pada
proyek ini membutuhkan semen portland sebanyak 11.194 zak, pasir
sebanyak 511 m3, kerikil sebanyak 1.008 m3, besi ulir D25 sebanyak 21.475
kg, besi ulir D22 sebanyak 7.965 kg, besi ulir D19 sebanyak 51.949 kg, besi
ulir D16 sebanyak 47.883 kg, besi ulir D13 sebanyak 41.007 kg, besi ulir D10
sebanyak 49.240 kg, kawat beton sebanyak 3.476 kg, kayu kelas III sebanyak
32 m3, paku sebanyak 2.713 kg, minyak bekisting sebanyak 724 ltr, dan air
sebanyak 224.652 ltr. Adapun rasio perbandingan biaya material pekerjaan
struktural tinjauan terhadap keseluruhan biaya pekerjaan struktural lantai satu
yaitu sebesar 16 %, lantai 2 sebesar 11 %, lantai 3 sebesar 9 %, lantai 4
sebesar 7 %, dan lantai 5 sebesar 1%.

Advanced Construction in Progress (KDP) of Syiah Kuala University is carried out by PT. Andifa Dua Putra as the implementing contractor with a total budget of Rp70,148,742,000.00 (Seventy Billion One Hundred Forty Eight Million Seven Hundred and Forty Two Thousand Rupiah). Structural work material cost planning is carried out to determine the volume of structural work material requirements for this project. Structural work material cost planning aims to control material requirements in the field, determine the ratio of structural work material requirements to the overall cost of structural work materials. From the results of volume calculations (taking off) on this project, it requires 11,194 sacks of portland cement, 511 m3 of sand, 1,008 m3 of gravel, 21,475 kg of D25 threaded iron, 7,965 kg of D22 threaded iron, 51,949 kg of D19 threaded iron, 47,883 kg of D16 threaded iron, 41,007 kg of D13 threaded iron, 49,240 kg of D10 threaded iron, 3,476 kg of concrete wire, 32 m3 of class III wood, 2,713 kg of nails, 724 liters of formwork oil, and 224,652 liters of water. The ratio of the comparison of the cost of structural work materials to the overall cost of structural work on the first floor is 16%, the second floor is 11%, the third floor is 9%, the fourth floor is 7%, and the fifth floor is 1%.
