Gampong Lamgugob telah menjalankan sistem informasi Gampong, dimana Gampong Lamgugob dijadikan sebagai pilot project penerapan splikasi sitem informasi Gampong (SIGAP). Dimana Gampong Lamgugob bekerja sama dengan Universitas Syiah Kuala dengan melatih mahasiswa mengenai sistem informasi Gampong, kemudian mahasiswa magang di Gampong Lamgugob untuk membantuk Operator Gampong Lamgugob dalam pengisian data di aplikasi SIGAP. Namun pengisian data hanya dilakukan ketika adanya mahasiswa saja tidak ada lanjutan ketika mahasiswa selesai magang. Oleh karena itu Gampong Lamgugob harus dapat beradaptasi mengenai penerapan sistem informasi Gampong. Menurut Hulbert (2016) dengan 3 indikator kolaborasi, fleksibel dan learning. Metode penelitian ini dengan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancaraa dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Adaptive Governance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwasannya Adaptive Governance di Gampong Lamgugob telah beradaptasi dalam penerapan sistem informasi Gampong, pengisian data sudah dilakukan tetapi masih ada data yang belum terisi dengan semestinya maka masih perlunya adaptasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintahan Gampong Lamgugob Namun untuk keberlajutan pengisian datanya belum dijalankan dikarenakan masih kurangnya kesadaran Gampong menjadikan data diaplikasi SIGAP sebagai bahan perencanaan penganggaran Gampong, dan juga sumber daya manusia nya dimana tidak ada operator khusus dalam mengoperasikan sistem informasi Gampong sehingga tidak ada lagi yang mengisi, dan kurangnya pelatihan khusus terhadap sumber dayanya. Dan tidak ada anggaran khusus tentang penerapan sistem informasi Gampong. Adapun saran diharapkan adanya pelatihan khusus mengenai penerapan sistem informasi Gampong agar aparatur Gampong memiliki kesadaran mengenai pentingnya data di aplikasi SIGAP serta meningkatkan kemampuan Operator Gampong dalam mengoperasikan sistem informasi Gampong.

Gampong Lamgugob has run the Gampong information system, where Gampong Lamgugob is used as a pilot project for the implementation of the Gampong information system (SIGAP). Where Gampong Lamgugob collaborates with Syiah Kuala University by training students about the Gampong information system, then internship students at Gampong Lamgugob to assist Gampong Lamgugob Operators in filling in data in the SIGAP application. However, filling in data is only done when there are students, there is no follow-up when students finish their internships. Therefore, Gampong Lamgugob must be able to adapt regarding the implementation of the Gampong information system. This research method is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of Adaptive Governance according to Hulbert (2016) with 3 indicators of collaboration, flexibility and learning. The results of this study show that Adaptive Governance in Gampong Lamgugob has adapted to the implementation of the Gampong information system, data filling has been carried out but there is still data that has not been filled properly, so there is still a need for adaptation carried out by the Gampong Lamgugob Government. Gampong budgeting, as well as its human resources where there are no special operators in operating the Gampong information system so that there is no one to fill it anymore, and the lack of special training for its resources. And there is no special budget for the implementation of the Gampong information system. It is hoped that there will be special training on the implementation of the Gampong information system so that Gampong apparatus have awareness of the importance of data in the SIGAP application and improve the ability of Gampong Operators to operate the Gampong information system.
