Ruas Jalan Rel Kereta Api di Lambaro Kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan
salah satu akses jalan yang menghubungkan masyarakat menuju pusat Kota
Banda Aceh. Saat ini disekitaran jalan tersebut terdapat beberapa fasilitas
umum seperti adanya pasar tradisional, sekolah dasar, kantor polisi, kantor
camat, rumah makan, warung dan perumahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pada ruas Jalan Rel Kereta Api di Lambaro
Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengetahui kinerja
ruas jalan ini menggunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia
2023. Data primer yang dibutuhkan yaitu volume lalu lintas, hambatan
samping dan geometrik jalan. Data sekunder berupa peta lokasi penelitian.
Dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 35,587 jiwa. Hasil pengolahan data
didapat volume lalu lintas tertinggi selama 3 (tiga) hari pengamatan terjadi
pada hari Minggu 30 Juni 2024 pada pukul 07.30-08.30 WIB sebesar
1973,20 smp/jam dan hambatan samping tertinggi terjadi pada hari Minggu
30 Juni 2024 pada pukul 06.30-07.30 WIB sebesar 556,3. Dengan kapasitas
tertinggi kondisi eksisting pada hari Rabu dan Kamis sebesar 1536,64
smp/jam sedangkan kapasitas tertinggi kondisi tanpa hambatan samping
pada 3 (tiga) hari pengamatan sebesar 3223,92 smp/jam. Kemudian
kecepatan arus bebas kondisi eksisting tertinggi pada hari Rabu dan Kamis
sebesar 31,76 km/jam sedangkan kecepatan arus bebas kondisi tanpa
hambatan samping tertinggi pada 3 (hari) pengamatan sebesar 44,14
km/jam. Kemudian derajat kejenuhan kondisi eksisting tertinggi terjadi pada
hari Minggu sebesar 1,32 dengan tingkat pelayanan “F’, sedangkan derajat
kejenuhan kondisi tanpa hambatan samping tertinggi terjadi pada hari
Minggu sebesar 0,61 dengan tingkat pelayanan “C”. Kemudian kecepatan
tempuh kondisi eksisting tertinggi terjadi pada hari Kamis sebesar 25
km/jam sedangkan kecepatan tempuh kondisi tanpa hambatan samping
tertinggi terjadi pada hari Kamis sebesar 41 km/jam.

The Railway Road Section in Lambaro, Aceh Besar Regency is one of the access roads that connects the community to the center of Banda Aceh City. Currently, around the road there are several public facilities such as traditional markets, elementary schools, police stations, sub-district offices, restaurants, stalls and housing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the Railway Road Section in Lambaro, Aceh Besar Regency. The method used to determine the performance of this road section uses the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method. The primary data needed are traffic volume, side obstacles and road geometry. Secondary data in the form of a map of the research location. With a population of 35,587 people. The results of data processing showed that the highest traffic volume during the 3 (three) days of observation occurred on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 07.30-08.30 WIB amounting to 1973.20 pcu/hour and the highest side obstacles occurred on Sunday June 30, 2024 at 06.30-07.30 WIB amounting to 556.3. With the highest capacity of existing conditions on Wednesday and Thursday of 1536.64 pcu/hour while the highest capacity of conditions without side obstacles on 3 (three) days of observation was 3223.92 pcu/hour. Then the highest free flow speed of existing conditions on Wednesday and Thursday was 31.76 km/hour while the highest free flow speed of conditions without side obstacles on 3 (days) of observation was 44.14 km/hour. Then the highest degree of saturation of existing conditions occurred on Sunday at 1.32 with a service level of "F', while the highest degree of saturation of conditions without side obstacles occurred on Sunday at 0.61 with a service level of "C". Then the highest speed of existing conditions occurred on Thursday at 25 km / h while the highest speed of travel without side obstacles occurred on Thursday at 41 km / h.
