ABSTRAK&#13;
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui leader member exchange. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus, terdapat 104 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Bank Central Asia (BCA) Cabang Banda Aceh.&#13;
&#13;
Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis path digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini.&#13;
&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Leader Member Exchange (2) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (3) Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (4) Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Leader Member Exchange.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;

The objectives of this research was to determine whether proactive personality effect on job satisfaction through the leader member exchange. By using the census, there are 104 respondents were used as samples in this study are employees of Bank Central Asia (BCA) Branch Banda Aceh. &#13;
&#13;
The data used in this study is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the study sample. Used path analysis to test this hypothesis. &#13;
&#13;
The results showed that (1) Proactive Personality positive and significant impact on the Leader Member Exchange (2) Proactive Personality positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (3) Leader Member Exchange and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (4) Proactive Personality effect on satisfaction work through the Leader Member Exchange&#13;
