Dalam penulisan laporan kerja praktek Lapangan / Magang ini di Perusahaan swasta PT. Pitra Sari Rahayu, penulis membahas mengenai pekerjaan Struktur Balok, Kolom, dan Plat Lantai pada Pembangunan Gedung Badan Pengelola Keuangan Aceh Tahap II yang beralamat di Jln. T. Nyak Arief No. 219 Syiah Kuala, Kota. Banda Aceh, Provinsi Aceh. Dimana pada proyek ini gedung terdiri dari 8 lantai yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan data-data. Tujuan dari kerja praktik ini adalah penulis dapat mengaplikasikan materi atau pengetahuan yang di dapat di bangku perkuliahan, penulis dapat mengetahui masalah-masalah yang terjadi dan solusi dari masalah tersebut selama kerja praktik pekerjaan yang penulis amati adalah pekerjaan struktur tengah yang meliputi kolom, balok, dan plat lantai. Selama penulis melaksanakan kegiatan kerja praktik, secara umum proses pembangunan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang sudah disepakati.

In writing this Field Work Practice / Internship report at the private company PT. Pitra Sari Rahayu, the author discusses the work of Beam, Column, and Floor Plate Structures in the Construction of the Aceh Financial Management Agency Building Phase II located at Jln. T. Nyak Arief No. 219 Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province. Where in this project the building consists of 8 floors which function as a place to store data. The purpose of this internship is that the author can apply the material or knowledge obtained in the lecture bench, the author can find out the problems that occur and the solutions to these problems during the internship work that the author observed was the middle structure work which included columns, beams, and floor plates. During the author's internship activities, in general the construction process went smoothly according to the agreed work plan.
