Komunikasi kesehatan petugas Puskesmas Teluk Dalam ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pencegahan stunting pada anak balita di kecamatan Teluk Dalam kabupaten Simeulue. Petugas puskesmas berperan penting dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat terutama kepada orangtua mengenai pencegahan stunting kepada anak balita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunikassi kesehatan yang dilakukan petugas Puskesmas Teluk Dalam dalam pencegahan stunting kepada anak balita (bayi dibawah lima tahun). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Teluk Dalam Kabupaten Simeulue. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Teori Risk and Crisis Communication Management pertama kali diusung oleh Matthew Seeger. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi petugas Puskesmas Teluk Dalam masih belum efektif dilakukan, masih terdapat kendala dalam melakukan penyampaian pesan kepada masyarakat Teluk Dalam dan harus diperhatikan agar bisa menjalankan komunikasi kesehatan dengan baik. Komunikasi yang satu arah, pengetahuan yang rendah, faktor ekonomi, serta hambatan budaya menjadi kendala yang dihadapi petugas Puskesmas Teluk Dalam dalam melakukan komunikasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Puskesmas Teluk Dalam perlu merencanakan dan memaksimalkan upaya untuk menjalankan komunikasi yang baik agar penyampaian informasi kesehatan menjadi efektif dan berjalan dengan lancar.

This health communication from Teluk Dalam Community Health Center officers aims to analyze the prevention of stunting in children under five in Teluk Dalam sub-district, Simeulue district. Community health center officers play an important role in providing health information to the community, especially to parents regarding stunting prevention for children under five. The aim of this research is to analyze how health communication is carried out by Teluk Dalam Community Health Center officers in preventing stunting for children under five years old (babies under five years). This research was conducted in Teluk Dalam District, Simeulue Regency. The theory used in this research is the Risk and Crisis Communication Management theory first proposed by Matthew Seeger. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data collection method uses interviews. The results of this research indicate that communication between Teluk Dalam Community Health Center officers is still not effective, there are still obstacles in conveying messages to the Teluk Dalam community and attention must be paid to this in order to carry out health communication well. One-way communication, low knowledge, economic factors, and cultural barriers are the obstacles faced by Teluk Dalam Community Health Center officers in communicating health to the community. Teluk Dalam Community Health Center needs to plan and maximize efforts to carry out good communication so that the delivery of health information is effective and runs smoothly.to every toddler who has the potential to be stunted to toddlers who are stunted.
