Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan
sebuah platform e-commerce bernama PakThani, yang fokus pada
penjualan bahan baku makanan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan
pada kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat akan sistem penjualan online yang
efisien dan terorganisir, khususnya dalam sektor bahan baku makanan.
PakThani dirancang untuk memberikan solusi yang efektif bagi petani dan
distributor bahan makanan dalam mengelola dan menjual produk mereka
secara digital. Tahap awal penelitian ini melibatkan identifikasi dan analisis
sistem kerja transaksi penjualan yang saat ini berjalan di usaha
konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup survei,
wawancara, dan observasi untuk memahami kebutuhan dan masalah yang
dihadapi oleh para petani dan distributor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis
tersebut, dilakukan perancangan aplikasi yang berfokus pada kebutuhan
pengguna, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, dan sistem
pembayaran yang aman. Pengembangan aplikasi PakThani menggunakan
metode agile dengan penyusunan Frontend menggunakan kerangka kerja
javascript VueJs. Pengujian usability dilakukan pada 24 orang responden
menggunakan metode Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ)
di mana responden diminta untuk mencoba aplikasi terlebih dahulu dengan
mengikuti test plan yang disediakan dan dilanjutkan mengisi kuisioner yang
terdiri dari 16 pertanyaan sesuai dengan kaidah metode PSSUQ. Hasil
pengujian ini memperoleh nilai 2,4 untuk keseluruhan sistem, yang dapat
disimpulkan aplikasi yang dibangun sudah memiliki tingkat usability yang
baik.

The objective of this research is to develop and implement an e-commerce platform, designated PakThani, which is specifically designed to facilitate the sale of food raw materials. The impetus for this research is the growing necessity for an efficient and organized online sales system, particularly within the food raw material sector. The PakThani platform has been developed with the objective of providing an effective solution for farmers and food ingredient distributors in the management and sale of their products in a digital environment. The preliminary stage of the research entailed the identification and analysis of the prevailing sales transaction processes within conventional business operations. The research methods employed included surveys, interviews, and observations, with the objective of gaining insight into the needs and challenges encountered by farmers and distributors. Based on the results of the analysis, an application design was developed with a focus on addressing user needs, incorporating key features such as stock management and a secure payment system. The PakThani application development employs an agile methodology, with the front-end development utilising the Vue.js JavaScript framework. A usability test was conducted on 24 respondents using the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) method. First, respondents were asked to try the application according to the test plan provided and then fill out a questionnaire consisting of 16 questions according to the rules of the PSSUQ method. The results of this test yielded a score of 2.4 for the entire system, indicating that the application has already achieved a satisfactory level of usability
