Penelitian ini berjudul "Rancang Bangun Backend Aplikasi Survei Audit Mutu
Internal dan Akreditasi Berbasis Web." Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem backend aplikasi survei yang
berfungsi mendukung proses audit mutu internal dan akreditasi. Aplikasi ini
dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Go (Golang), yang dikenal dengan
efisiensi dan performanya yang tinggi. Fokus dari pengembangan ini adalah
pembuatan Application Programming Interface (API) yang mampu mengirim dan
menerima data dalam format JSON, sehingga memudahkan integrasi dengan frontend
aplikasi. Proses penelitian dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan sistem,
dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan arsitektur sistem yang mencakup desain
database, skema API, dan mekanisme autentikasi. Implementasi dilakukan dengan
pendekatan iteratif, di mana setiap fitur diuji dan dievaluasi secara berkala untuk
memastikan fungsionalitas dan kestabilan sistem. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode
white box testing untuk memastikan API dapat bekerja sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang
telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa backend aplikasi survei
yang dikembangkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam melaksanakan
survei audit mutu internal dan proses akreditasi. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna
untuk membuat, mengelola, dan menganalisis survei dengan mudah. Data yang
diperoleh dari survei dapat disimpan dengan aman dan diakses dengan cepat melalui
API yang disediakan. Penggunaan Golang sebagai bahasa pemrograman memberikan
keunggulan dalam hal performa dan efisiensi, menjadikan sistem ini mampu
menangani beban kerja yang tinggi dengan respons waktu yang cepat. Dengan adanya
sistem ini, diharapkan proses audit mutu internal dan akreditasi di berbagai organisasi
dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien, efektif, dan akurat. Penelitian ini diharapkan
dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak
khususnya dalam konteks audit mutu dan akreditasi.

This research is entitled ‘Backend Design of Web-Based Internal Quality Audit and Accreditation Survey Application.’ The main objective of this research is to design and develop a survey application backend system that functions to support the internal quality audit and accreditation process. This application is developed using the Go (Golang) programming language, which is known for its high efficiency and performance. The focus of this development is the creation of an Application Programming Interface (API) capable of sending and receiving data in JSON format, thus facilitating integration with the frontend of the application. The research process begins with user and system requirements analysis, followed by the system architecture design stage which includes database design, API schema, and authentication mechanism. Implementation is done with an iterative approach, where each feature is tested and evaluated periodically to ensure the functionality and stability of the system. Testing is done using the white box testing method to ensure the API can work according to predetermined specifications. The results of this research show that the survey application backend developed is able to fulfil user needs in carrying out internal quality audit surveys and accreditation processes. The system allows users to create, manage, and analyse surveys easily. Data obtained from surveys can be stored securely and accessed quickly through the API provided. The use of Golang as a programming language provides advantages in terms of performance and efficiency, making this system capable of handling high workloads with a fast response time. With this system, it is expected that the internal quality audit and accreditation process in various organisations can be carried out more efficiently, effectively, and accurately. This research is expected to make a positive contribution in the field of software development, especially in the context of quality audit and accreditation.
