ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were to know whether the increasing of Local Own Revenue (PAD) and General Budget (DAU) Realization would influence the increasing of Capital Expenditures realization, The populations of this research were IT Regency/Municipality of Aceh Province. Data that used is secondary data from Budget Realization of Government Recorded in 2005 t0 2007 years and issued by BPK RI branch of Aceh. Linier regression was used to analyze the data. The analysis found that General Budget (DAU more decrease than Local Own Revenue (PAD) in influencing the increasing of Capital Expenditures Realizations simultaneously. The Other Founding was the increasing of Local Own Revenue (PAD) and DAU influence the increasing of Capital Expenditures Realizations partially.
