Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi pengrajin tudung saji dan produksi pengrajin keranjang, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pengrajin tudung saji dan pendapatan pengrajin keranjang di Desa Keude Bieng. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan simultan yang terdiri dari empat persaman dengan alat analisis 2 SLS (Two Stage Least Square). Lima persamaan yang digunakan yaitu persamaan produksi tudung saji, persamaan produksi keranjang, persamaan pendapatan pengrajin tudung saji, persamaan pendapatan pengrajin keranjang, dan persamaan pendapatan total pengrajin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari persamaan produksi tudung saji variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi tudung saji adalah variabel bahan baku tudung saji (Bk_Ts). Sedangkan dari persamaan produksi keranjang variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi keranjang adalah variabel tenaga kerja keranjang (Tk_Kr). Dari persamaan pendapatan tudung saji variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan tudung saji adalah variabel produksi tudung saji (Prod_Ts), biaya produksi tudung saji (Bprod_Ts) dan harga tudung saji (Hg_Ts). Sedangkan dari persamaan pendapatan keranjang variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan keranjang adalah variabel biaya produksi keranjang (Bprod_Kr).

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the production of food cover craftsmen and the production of basket craftsmen, as well as to analyze the factors that influence the income of food cover craftsmen and the income of basket craftsmen in Keude Bieng Village. Data analysis was carried out using simultaneous equations consisting of four equations with the 2 SLS (Two Stage Least Square) analysis tool. The five equations used are the food cover production equation, the basket production equation, the food cover craftsman income equation, the basket craftsman income equation, and the total income equation of craftsmen. Based on the results of the study, it shows that from the food cover production equation, the most influential variable on food cover production is the food cover raw material variable (Bk_Ts). While from the basket production equation, the most influential variable on basket production is the basket labor variable (Tk_Kr). From the food cover income equation, the most influential variable on food cover income is the food cover production variable (Prod_Ts), food cover production costs (Bprod_Ts) and food cover prices (Hg_Ts). While from the basket income equation, the most influential variable on basket income is the basket production cost variable (Bprod_Kr).
