Gelanggang Olahraga Bola Voli merupakan pusat yang mewadai kegiatan olahraga bola voli bagi masyarakat luas yang bisa dilakukan diluar luar bangunan maupun didalam bangunan. Gelanggang Olahraga Bola Voli juga merupakan arena perlatihm, rekreasi serta melatih secara kompetitif demi meningkatkan kondisi fisik masyarakat maupun secara rohani dan pula diharapkan mampu memberikan kebutuhan fasilitas bagi para calon dan atlet serta masyarakat Aceh. Gelanggang Olahraga Bola Voli ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pengalaman bermain ditingkat nationa. Demi berdirinya perancangan yang mampu merespon permasalahan dan keinginan masyarakat dilakukanlah metode studi lapangan, studi kasus. Perancangan Gelanggang Olahraga Bola Voli ini akan mengadaptasi konsep serta tema Semiotika yang mengambil dari peresapan makna bola voli.

The Volleyball Sports Center is a center that accommodates volleyball sports activities for the wider community which can be done outside the building or inside the building. The Volleyball Sports Arena is also an arena for training, recreation, and competitive training to improve the physical and spiritual condition of the community. It is also expected to be able to provide the facilities needed for candidates and athletes as well as the people of Aceh. It is hoped that this Volleyball Sports Arena will be able to provide playing experience at the national level. In order to establish a design that can respond to the community's problems and desires, field study methods and case studies are carried out. The design of the Volleyball Sports Arena will adopt the concept and theme of Semiotics which is taken from the absorption of the meaning of volleyball.
