 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan komitmen manajemen puncak, pendekatan sistem manajemen, kepuasan pelanggan, pelibatan karyawan, pelatihan, kerjasama tim, perbaikan berkelanjutan dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa FE Unsyiah. Metode sampling jenuh atau sensus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Sampel dipilih dari mahasiswa S1 FE Unsyiah. Sebanyak 65 kuesioner didistribusikan dan dikumpulkan. Analisis Regresi Berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Komitmen manajemen puncak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 2). Pendekatan sistem manajemen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 3). Kepuasan konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 4). Pelibatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 5). Pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 6). Kerjasama tim tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 7). Perbaikan berkelanjutan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of top management commitment, system approach to management, customer satisfaction, employee involvement, training, teamwork, countinous improvement and academic performance of  FE Unsyiah student’s. A total of 65 questionnaires were distributed and 65 questionnaires collected. Multiple Regression Analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results are as follows: 1). Top management commitment has significant effect on academic performance, 2). System approach to management does not have significant on academic performance, 3). Customer satisfaction does not have significant on academic performance, 4). Employee involvement has significant effect on academic performance, 5). Training does not have significant on academic performance, 6.) teamwork does not have significant on academic performance, 7). Countinous improvement does not have significant on academic performance.&#13;
