Kegiatan pemetaan geologi dan analisis kestabilan lereng berdasarkan nilai yang didapatkan dari perhitungan Bishop. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sungai Mas, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Provinsi Aceh. Secara geografi, lokasi penelitian ini terletak di koordinat 95°4’38,23” BT - 95°7’56,68” BT dan 4°32’11.58” LU - 4°29’44,71” LU dengan luas ±25 Km. Dapat kita lihat pada daerah penelitian ini bahwa kondisi jalan merupakan perbukitan yang dipotong untuk pembuatan jalur transportasi menuju Desa Tutut yang banyak dijumpai lereng yang tidak stabil dan dapat berpotensi terjadinya longsor. Pada lokasi penelitian ini terdapat 4 formasi batuan dan batuan terobosan intrusives, Endapan Aluvial tepi pantai (Qh), Formasi Tutut (QTt) Batulempung, Batupasir Konglomerat, Formasi Gunungapi Calang (TMvc), Basal Porfir dan Amygdaloidal, Tuf, Terobosan Gunungapi Tanggung sedikit Batupasir, Batubara dan juga terdapat Batuan Terobosan Intrusives (Qpds) Penuh Retas Basal (Cameron, dkk, (2007). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menyajikan data kondisi geologi, persebaran litologi, kondisi geoteknik batuan/tanah yang membentuk lereng dan nilai faktor keamanan lereng. Untuk mengetahui nilai faktor keamanan pada lereng dapat digunakan dengan metode Bishop disederhanakan yang dimodifikasi dengan software Plaxis 8.6. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berupa peta lintasan, peta geomorfologi, peta geologi daerah penelitian, peta pola aliran dan nilai faktor keamanan lereng. Nilai yang didapatkan dari perhitungan adalah FK= 0,962 dan FK = 1,000. Dari kedua nilai faktor keamanan yang diperoleh pada penenelitian ini termasuk kedalam lereng yang labil atau keruntuhan biasa terjadi.

Geological mapping activities and slope stability analysis are based on values obtained from Bishop's calculations. This research was carried out in Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. Geographically, the research location is located at coordinates 95°4'38.23” E - 95°7'56.68” E and 4°32'11.58” N - 4°29'44.71” N with an area of ±25 km. We can see in this research area that the condition of the road is hills that were cut to create a transportation route to Tutut Village where many unstable slopes are found and could potentially cause landslides. At this research location there are 4 rock formations and intrusive rock formations, coastal alluvial deposits (Qh), Tutut Formation (QTt) mudstone, conglomerate sandstone, Calang Volcanic Formation (TMvc), Porphyric and Amygdaloidal Basalt, Tuff, Volcanic Breakthrough Sandstone. , Coal and there are also Intrusive Breakthrough Rocks (Qpds) full of basalt cracks (Cameron, et al, (2007). This research aims to determine and present data on geological conditions, lithological distribution, geotechnical conditions of rocks/soil that form slopes and the value of slope safety factors. To determine the value of the safety factor on the slope, the simplified Bishop method can be used which is modified with Plaxis 8.6 software. The results obtained in this research are in the form of a trajectory map, geomorphological map, geological map of the research area, flow pattern map and slope safety factor value obtained from the calculations are FK = 0.962 and FK = 1.000. The two safety factor values obtained in this research are considered to be unstable slopes or failures are common. Keywords: Geological mapping, slope stability, landslides, Bishop, Plaxis
