Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif
dengan perceived future employability (PFE) pada mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi
USK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif
dengan pendekatan korelasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu quota
sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 172 mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi USK
pada tingkat akhir menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan
untuk mengukur PFE yaitu Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES) yang
dikembangkan dan diadaptasi ke dalam konteks dan budaya Indonesia oleh
Gunawan (2022), sedangkan untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif menggunakan
Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) yang dikembangkan oleh Bateman dan Crant
(1993) yang telah peneliti adaptasi ke dalam konteks dan budaya Indonesia.
Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kepribadian
proaktif dengan PFE pada mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi USK dengan nilai
signifikansi (p)
This research aims to determine the relationship between proactive personality and perceived future employability (PFE) in USK vocational education students. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a correlation approach with a sampling technique, namely quota sampling with a total sample of 172 USK vocational education students at the final level being the sample for this research. The measuring tool used to measure PFE is the Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES) which was developed and adapted to the Indonesian context and culture by Gunawan (2022), while to measure proactive personality using the Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) which was developed by Bateman and Crant (1993) which researchers have adapted to the Indonesian context and culture. Data analysis in this study used the Pearson Product Moment technique. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between proactive personality and PFE in USK vocational education students with a significance value (p)
