PPG Prajabatan merupakan program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan setelah program sarjana atau sarjana terapan bagi lulusan sarjana maupun diploma empat, baik dari kependidikan maupun non kependidikan bagi calon guru untuk mendapatkan sertifikat pendidik pada pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi mengikuti (PPG) Prajabatan pada Mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 1.349 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 93 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasakan uji regresi diperoleh Y= 35,114 + 0,361X. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 yaitu thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (5,039 > 1,98638) sehingga hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 21,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan keluarga mempengaruhi motivasi mengikuti PPG Prajabatan, sedangkan 78,2% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi mengikuti PPG Prajabatan pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala.

Pre-service PPG is an educational program held after the undergraduate or applied bachelor's program for bachelor's or fourth-diploma graduates, both from education and non-education for prospective teachers to obtain educator certificates in early childhood education, basic education and secondary education. This research aims to determine the influence of the family environment on motivation to take part in Pre-Service (PPG) among Syiah Kuala University FKIP students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population is 1,349 students. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 93 students. Data was collected using library research and field research techniques. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test. Based on the regression test obtained that Y= 35,114 + 0,361X. The results of hypothesis testing with the t test at a significance level of 0.05, namely tcount is greater than ttable (5.039 > 1.98638) so that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 21.8%, which shows that family environment variables influence motivation to take part in Pre-Service PPG, while 78.2% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. The results of this research show that the family environment has a positive and significant influence on the motivation to take part in Pre-Service PPG among FKIP students at Syiah Kuala University.
