Study about maling polyol from crude palm oil (CPO) has been carnied out This process are including the neutralisation process, the epoxydaton process, and the hydrouilation process The most influence for variaty of variable on epoxydation process to produces polyol are variary of reaction compotton (30 % NPO, 40 % NPO, 50 % NPO, 60 % NPO, and 70% NPO) and vanary of temperature reaction (40c, 50€, 60 €, and 70 €) Vaniaty of time reaction (2 and 4 hours) and circle of mixture can be neghble, because it is has small influence to produce polyol From all vaniaty , polyol which has reaction compotition about 30 % NPO, temperature reaction about 40 C, and time reaction about 2 hours, is the best polyol which has the biggest hydroul number and the hydroulation number is 349,55 and the weight is 37 gram This product has been outcome with manual and analzed by FTIR (Infra Red) &#13;
