Kubis bunga (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) merupakan sayuran yang menjadi komoditas ekspor
Indonesia dan termasuk sayuran yang paling banyak dikonsumsi di dunia. Seiring peningkatan jumlah penduduk,
konsumsi kubis bunga juga terus meningkat. Upaya peningkatan produksi kubis bunga harus terus ditingkatkan
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Kubis bunga memiliki kandungan kalori, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, kalium,
karotin dan berbagai vitamin seperti vitamin C, vitamin B, dan vitamin E yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi
kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap
pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga, mengetahui pengaruh varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga
serta interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan Pertanian Sektor Timur Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala,
Darussalam, Banda Aceh, dengan ketinggian tempat ±0,80 mdpl, 5°34'03.9''LU 95°22'35.0''BT. Waktu pelaksanaan
penelitian dimulai dari Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan
Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3×3 dengan menggunakan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 9
kombinasi perlakuan, 27 satuan percobaan, setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sehingga jumlah
keseluruhan 81 tanaman percobaan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu pemberian pupuk (P) dan Varietas
(V). Pelaksanaan penelitian yaitu persiapan lahan penelitian, persiapan media tanam dan media semai, pemasangan
label, persiapan bibit, penanaman, penyulaman, pemupukan, penyiraman, pengendalian hama penyakit, serta panen.
Parameter yang diamati tinggi tanaman umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 HSPT, Jumlah daun umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 HSPT,
berat krop kubis bunga beserta daun, berat krop, diameter krop, potensi hasil dan parameter lingkungan yaitu pH
tanah, kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik cair berpengaruh
sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 28 HSPT dan diameter krop serta tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi
tanaman umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 HSPT, jumlah daun umur 14, 21 dan 35 HSPT, berat krop kubis beserta daun,
berat krop dan potensi hasil. Konsentrasi yang terbaik pada perlakuan 6 ml. Perlakuan varietas berpengaruh sangat
nyata terhadap berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 HSPT, jumlah daun umur
14, 21, 28 dan 35 HSPT, berat krop kubis beserta daun, berat krop, diameter krop dan potensi hasil. Varietas yang
terbaik terdapat pada Larissa F1 serta Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pupuk organik cair dan varietas terhadap
pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas kubis bunga terhadap peubah yang diamati

Flower cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) is a vegetable that is an Indonesian export commodity and is one of the most widely consumed vegetables in the world. As population increases, consumption of cauliflower also continues to increase. Efforts to increase flower cabbage production must continue to be increased to meet market needs. Flower cabbage contains calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, potassium, carotene and various vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin E which have many health benefits. This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of flower cabbage, determine the effect of variety on the growth and yield of flower cabbage and the interaction between the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and variety on the growth and yield of flower cabbage. This research was carried out at the East Sector Agricultural Experiment Field, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, with an altitude of ±0.80 meters above sea level, 5°34'03.9''LU 95°22'35.0''BT. The research implementation period starts from August to 2023. This research was carried out using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) in December with a 3×3 factorial pattern using 3 replications, so there were 9 treatment combinations, 27 experimental units, each experimental unit consisted of 3 plants so that a total of 81 experimental plants. This research consists of two factors, namely fertilizer (P) and variety (V). Implementation of research includes preparation of research land, preparation of planting media and seedling media, installation of labels, preparation of seeds, planting, replanting, fertilizing, watering, controlling pests and diseases, and harvesting. The parameters observed were plant height aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HSPT, number of leaves aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HSPT, crop weight of cabbage flowers and leaves, crop weight, crop diameter, yield potential and environmental parameters, namely soil pH, humidity soil and air temperature. The results of the research showed that liquid organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on the number of leaves aged 28 HSPT and the diameter of the crop and had no significant effect on plant height aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HSPT, number of leaves aged 14, 21 and 35 HSPT, weight of the cabbage crop and leaves, crop weight and yield potential. The best concentration in the treatment was 6 ml. Varietal treatment had a very significant and insignificant effect on plant height aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HSPT, number of leaves aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HSPT, weight of cabbage crop and leaves, crop weight, crop diameter and yield potential. The best variety is Larissa F1.There was no interaction between liquid organic fertilizer and varieties on the growth and yield of the three flower cabbage varieties on the observed variables.
