Supply chain management (SCM) adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang mencakup seluruh proses dari perolehan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk akhir kepada pelanggan. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain sangat penting untuk memastikan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja supply chain management dengan menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) di PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara. Pendekatan SCOR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur kinerja supply chain berdasarkan lima proses utama: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode ANP diterapkan untuk menentukan bobot relatif dari berbagai indikator kinerja berdasarkan opini para ahli dan data historis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara yang mencakup periode Juli 2022 hingga Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan SCOR dan ANP dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai kinerja supply chain perusahaan. Identifikasi kelemahan dalam proses supply chain memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengambil tindakan perbaikan yang tepat guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing.

Supply chain management (SCM) is a series of activities encompassing the entire process from obtaining raw materials to delivering the final product to customers. Measuring supply chain performance is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's operations. This study aims to analyze supply chain management performance using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) approaches at PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara. The SCOR approach is used to identify and measure supply chain performance based on five main processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The ANP method is applied to determine the relative weights of various performance indicators based on expert opinions and the company's historical data. This study uses secondary data from PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara covering the period from July 2022 to June 2023. The results of the study show that the SCOR and ANP approaches can provide a comprehensive overview of the company's supply chain performance. Identifying weaknesses in the supply chain process allows the company to take appropriate corrective actions to improve productivity and competitiveness.
