Informasi tentang pemetaan masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan langsung tunai desa di
Kecamatan Tapaktuan penting karena permasalahan kemiskinan dan penerima bantuan merupakan
masalah multidimensi yang membutuhkan tindak lanjut secara cepat dan tepat sasaran. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan pemetaan masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan langsung
tunai desa dalam bentuk WebGIS yang menampilkan peta digital agar mudah dianalisis dan dilihat
persebarannya. WebGIS memiliki fitur yang dapat menampilkan persebaran jumlah penduduk,
jumlah masyarakat miskin, jumlah penerima bantuan, persentase miskin, persentase penerima
bantuan, serta menampilkan grafik perbandingan jumlah penduduk dengan jumlah masyarakat
miskin, grafik masyrakat miskin dengan penerima bantuan, dan grafik perbandingan persentase
miskin dengan persentase penerima bantuan. Pada WebGIS ini juga memiliki fitur table yang dapat
menampilkan informasi dari setiap desa, seperti nama desa, luas desa, jumlah penduduk,
masyarakat miskin, penerima bantuan, persentase masyarakat miskin, dan persentase penerima
bantuan. Kecamatan Tapaktuan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 23.381 jiwa dengan jumlah
kepala keluarga sebanyak 7.350 kepala keluarga dengan jumlah masyarakat miskin sebanyak
10.693 jiwa atau sebanyak 3.613 kepala keluarga dengan jumlah penerima bantuan sebanyak 3.901
jiwa dari 16 desa yang ada di Kecamatan Tapaktuan. Berdasarkan total jumlah masyarakat miskin
di desa Kecamatan Tapaktuan, Desa Air Berudang adalah desa dengan jumlah penduduk miskin
terbanyak, yaitu sebanyak 1.199 jiwa, sedangkan desa dengan jumlah masyarakat miskin terkecil
adalah Desa Pasar, yaitu sebanyak 181 jiwa. Jika dilihat berdasarkan persentase masyarakat miskin
di Kecamatan Tapaktuan, Desa Panton Luas adalah desa dengan persentase miskin tertinggi, yaitu
sebanyak 89% dari total jumlah penduduk, sedangkan desa dengan persentase miskin terendah
adalah Desa Pasar, yaitu 18%. Sementara itu, desa penerima bantuan terbesar di Kecamatan
Tapaktuan adalah Desa Lhok bengkuang Timur, yaitu sebanyak 445 jiwa, sedangkan desa dengan
penerima bantuan terkecil adalah Desa Pasar, yaitu sebanyak 78 jiwa. Berdasarkan persentase
penerima bantuan di Kecamatan Tapaktuan, Desa Pasar adalah desa dengan persentase terbesar
dengan sebanyak 43% dari total masyarakat miskin di desa tersebut adalah penerima bantuan,
sedangkan desa dengan persentase penerima bantuan terkecil, yaitu Desa Hilir dengan persentase
28%. WebGIS ini dibangun menggunakan Arcgis Online dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan
Arcgis Pro dan Excel, serta untuk tampilan digunakan Arcgis Dashboard dan Arcgis Hub.
Berdasarkan pengujian Black-Box Testing yang telah dilakukan, WebGIS yang telah dibangun
sudah berfungsi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, WebGIS ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi banyak
orang dan juga bagi Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dalam mengelola data kemiskinan dan
data penerima bantuan langsung tunai desa.

Information about mapping poor communities who receive direct village cash assistance in Tapaktuan District is important because the problem of poverty and aid recipients is a multidimensional problem that requires fast and targeted follow-up. The aim of this research is to present a mapping of poor communities receiving direct village cash assistance in the form of WebGIS which displays a digital map so that it is easy to analyze and see the distribution. WebGIS has a feature that can display the distribution of population, number of poor people, number of aid recipients, percentage of poor, percentage of aid recipients, as well as display graphs comparing the number of people with the number of poor people, graphs of poor people with aid recipients, and graphs comparing the percentage of poor with the percentage aid recipients. WebGIS also has a table feature that can display information from each village, such as village name, village area, population, poor people, aid recipients, percentage of poor people, and percentage of aid recipients. Tapaktuan District has a population of 23,381 people with 7,350 heads of families with 10,693 poor people or 3,613 families with 3,901 aid recipients from 16 villages in Tapaktuan District. Based on the total number of poor people in Tapaktuan District villages, Air Berudang Village is the village with the largest number of poor people, namely 1,199 people, while the village with the smallest number of poor people is Pasar Village, namely 181 people. If we look at the percentage of poor people in Tapaktuan District, Panton Luas Village is the village with the highest percentage of poverty, namely 89% of the total population, while the village with the lowest percentage of poverty is Pasar Village, namely 18%. Meanwhile, the village that received the largest aid in Tapaktuan District was Lhok Bengkuang Timur Village, with 445 people, while the village with the smallest recipient of aid was Pasar Village, with 78 people. Based on the percentage of aid recipients in Tapaktuan District, Pasar Village is the village with the largest percentage with 43% of the total poor people in the village being aid recipients, while the village with the smallest percentage of aid recipients is Hilir Village with a percentage of 28%. This WebGIS was built using Arcgis Online and data processing used Arcgis Pro and Excel, and for display, Arcgis Dashboard and Arcgis Hub were used. Based on the Black-Box Testing that has been carried out, the WebGIS that has been built is functioning well. Therefore, it is hoped that this WebGIS will be useful for many people and also for the South Aceh District Social Service in managing poverty data and data on recipients of direct village cash assistance.
