Kejaksaan Tinggi Aceh, selain sebagai lembaga penegak hukum di Aceh juga memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola arsip terkait proses hukum sebelum, selama, dan setelah penyidikan. Saat ini, pendokumentasian arsip di Kejaksaan Tinggi Aceh masih menggunakan pendekatan manual. Meskipun metode ini terbukti efektif, prosesnya memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Pengimplementasi sistem arsip digital berbasis website dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan arsip serta mempercepat respons dan pengambilan keputusan bagi pengguna. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan prinsip- prinsip User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX), metode User-Centered Design (UCD), serta melakukan uji coba menggunakan metode Usability Metrics for User Experience (UMUX) dan metode black-box. Pendekatan ini memastikan bahwa website yang dibangun memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal dan dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Hasil pengujian UMUX terhadap implementasi arsip digital ini menunjukkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 85,83%, yang menempatkan pengujian ini dalam kategori skor A dalam skala penilaian UMUX. Sementara itu, hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan ekspektasi yang telah ditetapkan.

The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office, apart from being a law enforcement agency in Aceh, also has an important role in managing archives related to legal proceedings before, during, and after investigations. Currently, the documentation of archives at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office still uses a manual approach. Although this method has proven to be effective, the process takes quite a long time. The implementation of a website-based digital archive system can improve archive management and speed up response and decision-making for users. This can be achieved by applying the principles of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, and conducting trials using the Usability Metrics for User Experience (UMUX) method and the black-box method. This approach ensures that the website is built to meet the needs of users optimally and can operate properly. The results of the UMUX test on the implementation of digital archives showed an average score of 85.83%, which placed this test in the A score category on the UMUX assessment scale. Meanwhile, the results of the black-box test show that the application works according to the expectations that have been set.
