Analisis Tingkat Kapabilitas Rantai Pasok Pada Proyek Konstruksi

Abstrak

Kapabilitas rantai pasok konstruksi merupakan kumpulan keterampilan manajemen rantai pasok, pengetahuan, rutinitas dan kompetensi yang dikembangkan dari waktu ke waktu melalui interaksi yang kompleks, baik didalam perusahaan maupun dengan mitra jaringannya dimana perusahaan dapat mengkoordinasikan berbagai sumber daya konstruksi untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja proyek dan perusahaan. Pada proyek konstruksi diperlukan analisis kapabilitas untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ketahanan rantai pasok perusahaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan validasi indikator-indikator kapabilitas rantai pasok kepada lima Ahli dan pembobotan untuk kapabilitas rantai pasok dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian kapabilitas rantai pasok dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada kontraktor kualifikasi besar di Aceh. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diperoleh 3 bobot faktor tertinggi dari tiga fase kapabilitas pada rantai pasok konstruksi di Provinsi Aceh yaitu, visibilitas (0,384) pada fase responsiveness, pemulihan (0,368) pada fase recovery, dan antisipasi (0,215) pada fase readiness. Antisipasi yang baik dengan kemampuan mendeteksi risiko di masa yang akan datang dapat meningkatkan ketahanan rantai pasok dan proses visibilitas yang efektif dapat mempercepat aliran informasi dari produsen ke konsumen, begitupun sebaliknya. Faktor pemulihan menjadi suatu kemampuan yang dikuasai Kontraktor untuk mengatasi masalah krisis termasuk permasalahan hubungan masyarakat agar terhindar dari gangguan di lokasi proyek dan tingkat perusahaan. Tingkat kapabilitas rantai pasok yang diperoleh sebesar 4,328 menyatakan bahwa, kapabilitas rantai pasok pada perusahaan konstruksi di Aceh berstatus tinggi. Kemampuan untuk mengakses informasi, menyesuaikan perubahan yang terjadi dalam proses pelaksanaan, serta dapat memenuhi ketersediaan sumber daya dalam rantai pasok secara efisien adalah kapabilitas yang tinggi di perusahaan konstruksi di Aceh.

Undergraduate Thesis Analysis of Supply Chain Capability Level in Construction Project Ayatullah Arifa NIM. 2004101010145 Undergraduate Program of Civil Engineering Departement of Civil Engineering – Faculty of Engineering Universitas Syiah Kuala Abstract Supply chain capabilities in construction refer to a collection of supply chain management skills, knowledge, routines, and competencies that are developed over time through complex interactions, both within the company and with its network partners. This allows companies to coordinate various construction resources to optimize project and company performance. In construction projects, capability analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the supply chain resilience of construction companies. This research starts with validating the indicators of supply chain capability to five experts and weighting for supply chain capability using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Furthermore, the supply chain capability assessment was carried out by giving questionnaires to large qualification contractors in Aceh. The results obtained based on research analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method obtained the 3 highest factor weights from the three phases of capability in the construction supply chain in Aceh Province, namely, visibility (0,384) in the responsiveness phase, recovery (0,368) in the recovery phase, and anticipation (0,215) in the readiness phase. Good anticipation with the ability to detect future risks can increase supply chain resilience and an effective visibility process can speed up the flow of information from producers to consumers, and vice versa. The recovery factor is an ability mastered by the Contractor to overcome crisis problems including public relations problems in order to avoid disruption at the project site and company level. The obtained supply chain capability level of 4.328 states that the supply chain capability of construction companies in Aceh has a high status. The ability to access information, adapt to changes occurring in the implementation process, and efficiently meet resource availability in the supply chain are high capabilities in construction companies in Aceh.
