Proses reservasi praktik dokter spesialis di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala (RSP USK) masih menggunakan cara manual seperti melalui pihak resepsionis rumah sakit. Hal ini sering menyebabkan data hasil reservasi tidak tercatat dengan baik dan proses rekapitulasi data hasil reservasi menjadi terganggu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membuat pasien melakukan proses reservasi praktik dokter dan dapat melakukan pencatatan terhadap hasil reservasi. Sistem ini berguna agar data hasil reservasi dapat terintegrasi dan tercatat dengan baik sehingga proses rekapitulasi data untuk keperluan laporan rumah sakit dapat berjalan dengan baik . Tahap penelitian dimulai dengan dengan identifikasi masalah, diikuti dengan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem yang meliputi requirement definition, component specification dan object constraint language (OCL), dilanjutkan dengan implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem, analisis hasil dan penulisan laporan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini meliputi business concept model sebagai kerangka acuan perancangan sistem dan use case yang menggambarkan interaksi aktor (pengguna) dengan sistem, interface, komponen, OCL yang merupakan aturan pada desain sistem, dan sistem back-end yang akan digabungkan dengan bagian front-end. Sistem yang dihasilkan akan dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan white box testing dengan menggunakan metode statement coverage. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses reservasi praktik dokter dan memudahkan dalam proses pengembangan fitur pada aplikasi yang telah dibuat.

The reservation process at the Syiah Kuala University Teaching Hospital (RSP USK) still uses manual methods such as the hospital receptionist. As a result, the reservation data is often not properly recorded and the process of recapitulating the reservation data is disrupted. Therefore, a system is needed that can let patients make a reservation for the doctor’s office and record the reservation results. This system is useful so that the reservation result data can be integrated and recorded properly so that the data recapitulation process for hospital report purposes can run well. The research phase starts with problem identification, followed by literature study, requirement analysis, system design which includes requirement definition, component specification and object constraint language (OCL), followed by system implementation, system testing, result analysis and report writing. The results of this study include a business concept model as a reference framework for system design and use cases that describe the interaction of actors (users) with the system, interfaces, components, OCL that are rules in system design, and a back-end system that will be combined with the front-end system. The resulting system will be tested using white box testing with statement coverage method. This research is expected to help the doctor’s practice reservation process and facilitate the process of developing features in the application that has been made.
