Untuk meningkatkan suatu produktivitas itik pedaging dibutuhkan kualitas pakan yang baik agar itik pedaging menghasilkan performa yang bagus. Kebutuhan nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana formulasi pakan ampas tahu dan tepung beras merah dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan organ limpa dan timus pada itik pedaging. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan selama 45 hari yaitu P0 diberikan pakan formulasi, P1 diberikan pakan formulasi + tepung beras merah 4%+ ampas tahu 3%, P2 diberikan pakan formulasi + tepung beras merah 8%+ ampas tahu 6%, P3 diberikan pakan formulasi + tepung beras merah 12%+ ampas tahu 9%, P4 diberikan pakan formulasi + tepung beras merah 16%+ ampas tahu 12%. Parameter yang diamati adalah bobot organ limpa dan bobot organ timus. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan Anova untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata bobot organ timus P0 : 2,40 g, P1 : 2,26 g, P2 : 2,59 g, P3 : 1,88 g, P4 : 1,79 g sedangkan pada bobot limpa didapatkan rata-rata bobot organ P0 : 0,92 g, P1 : 0,78 g, P2 : 0,89 g, P3 : 0,80 g, P4 : 0,84 g . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan ampas tahu 3-12% dan tepung beras merah 4-16% tidak berpengaruh terhadap bobot organ limpa dan timus itik pedaging.

To increase the productivity of broiler ducks, good quality feed is needed so that broiler ducks produce good performance. The nutritional needs required by the body are very important to increase the body's endurance. The aim of this research was to determine how the formulation of tofu dregs and brown rice flour influences the growth of the spleen and thymus organs in broiler ducks. This research method used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications for 45 days, namely P0 was given feed formulation, P1 was given feed formulation + 4% brown rice flour + 3% tofu dregs, P2 was given feed formulation + brown rice flour 8%+ tofu dregs 6%, P3 was given feed formulation + 12% brown rice flour + 9% tofu dregs, P4 was given feed formulation + 16% brown rice flour + 12% tofu dregs. The parameters observed were the weight of the spleen and the weight of the thymus. Data were analyzed using Anova to see differences between treatments. From the research results, it was found that the average weight of the thymus organ was P0: 2.40 g, P1: 2.26 g, P2: 2.59 g, P3: 1.88 g, P4: 1.79 g, while the spleen weight was found to be average. -average organ weights P0: 0.92 g, P1: 0.78 g, P2: 0.89 g, P3: 0.80 g, P4: 0.84 g. The conclusion of this research shows that feeding 3-12% tofu dregs and 4-16% brown rice flour has no effect on the weight of the spleen and thymus organs of broiler ducks.
