 <note>Manganese toxicity  is very  well  documented.  Some of plant  is so  tolerant  to Mn  toxicity to high level of available  Mn  in the root zone.   The reason is caused by low  rate of Mn up-take by roots, retention of Mn  in the roots and ability  of the top to tolerate high  level  of Mn  concentration  in the tissue.    The  symptoms such necrosis. crinkled and reduced in leaf size.     In Banda Aceh  Rose flower  is planted around the houses verandah, office  and garden.  The beautifulness and colorful  of the flower  is&#13;
so expressive  for the people here after disaster tsunami.  Compare in Brazil the flower is more a high  value in world trade in between the country, and the production  use the green house as ornamental  plant.   Improving of soil   physic  by  Organic  Matter (0M) and  plant  growth  defected  by   heavy  metal  (Mn)   is emphasized  in  this  study.   The experiment had been conducted during this year;  2010  -- 2011,  in the second was the&#13;
field experiment in the garden of faculty  Agriculture  Univ.  Syiah  Kuala, Banda Aceh. At  the early of plant growth,  application OM  by ratio (I:  I) in between  TS and OM was so affected  to the Rose plant.    Beside, the soil  could  reveal more water (50 %) and lead the expansion of root plant. Rose plant  in the field  resulted  in sophisticated environment. 25 flowers  were found  for each plant under the treatment  I0 cm on top soil.   While, application high  level Mn (250 uM)  destroy the canopy of the flowers  by the senescent processes then the petals of flower fallen down to the grown.&#13;
