Pemilihan moda transportasi merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam perencanaan sistem transportasi online di Kota Banda Aceh. Masyarakat pada umumnya mementingkan kemudahan dalam mengakses moda transportasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi sesuai kebutuhan perjalanan. Becak motor merupakan moda transportasi umum yang telah lama digunakan oleh masyarakat Banda Aceh. Namun kini, eksistensinya kian menurun seiring perkembangan zaman. Perubahan ini menciptakan dinamika baru dalam lingkungan transportasi kota, dimana beralihnya preferensi masyarakat ke layanan transportasi online juga mencerminkan pergeseran paradigma dalam kebiasaan mobilitas, dikarenakan solusi yang lebih modern dan terkoneksi secara digital menjadi pilihan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mengenai pandangan masyarakat terhadap angkutan konvensional becak dan indikator yang mempengaruhi penurunan demand angkutan konvensional becak terkait kinerja dan kepentingan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Survei lapangan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara dilakukan kepada 114 masyarakat yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis tingkat kesesuaian responden sebesar 78,04%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan angkutan konvensional becak belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan angkutan konvensional becak diharapkan memperbaiki atribut yang berada dalam kuadran I seperti ketersedian becak setiap waktu, lokasi pangkalan yang lebih trategis, akses pemesanan melalui SMS, tarif yang lebih sesuai dan jam operasional sesuai kebutuhan. Serta mempertahankan atribut yang berada dalam kuadran II yaitu kondisi mesin dalam keadaan aman, pengemudi taat lalu lintas, tersedia alat penerangan, kebersihan becak terjaga serta pengemudi taat pada rute yang disepakati agar kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan pengguna lebih optimal.

The choice of transportation mode is one of the most important things in planning an online transportation system in Banda Aceh City. The community in general is concerned with the ease of accessing transportation modes so as to increase efficiency as needed. Pedicab is a mode of public transportation that has long been used by the people of Banda Aceh. But now, its existence is declining along with the times. This change creates new dynamics in the city's transportation environment, where the shift in public preference to online transportation services also reflects a paradigm shift in mobility habits, as more modern and digitally connected solutions become the main choice. This study aims to analyze the public's views on conventional pedicab transportation and indicators that affect the reduction in demand for conventional pedicab transportation related to performance and importance using the IPA method. Field surveys with questionnaires and interviews were conducted to 114 people determined using purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis of the level of conformity of respondents amounted to 78,04%. This shows that the quality of conventional pedicab transportation services has not fully met the expectations of the community. To improve the quality of conventional pedicab transportation services, it is expected to improve attributes in quadrant I such as the availability of pedicabs at all times, a more strategic base location, access to ordering via SMS, more appropriate tariffs and operating hours as needed. As well as maintaining attributes that are in quadrant II, namely the condition of the machine in a safe state, the driver obeys traffic, there is a lighting device, the cleanliness of the becak is maintained and the driver obeys the agreed route so that the quality of service felt by users is more optimal.
