ABSTRAK
Prarancangan pabrik minyak goreng dengan menggunakan bahan baku crude palm oil ini didirikan atas dasar memenuhi kebutuhan minyak goreng yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Proses produksi secara keseluruhan menggunakan proses kontinyu dengan melibatkan tiga tahapan proses secara garis besar, yaitu tahap persiapan bahan baku, tahap pemurnian dan tahap pemisahan produk. Kapasitas produksi pabrik minyak goreng ini 3.300 ton pertahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari pertahun. Direncanakan bentuk perusahaan menggunakan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk mengoperasikan perusahaan ini berjumlah 37 orang dengan lokasi pabrik yang direncanakan Desa Padang Sikabu, Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Aceh. Sumber air untuk pabrik minyak goreng ini berasal dari sungai Krueng Meureubo dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari PLN dengan daya 461,282 kW.
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 107.356.750.938
2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 11.928.527.882
3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 119.285.278.820
4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 93.833.039.641
5. Sales Cost (SC) = Rp 110.421.815.833
6. Laba Bersih = Rp 12.441.582.144
7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 9 tahun
8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 44 %
9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 13 %
Berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik minyak goreng ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap konstruksi.
ABSTRACT The design of a cooking oil factory using crude palm oil as raw material was established on the basis of meeting the growing need for cooking oil. The overall production process uses a continuous process involving three process stages in general, namely the raw material preparation stage, the purification stage and the product separation stage. The production capacity of this cooking oil factory is 3,300 tons per year with working days of 330 days per year. It is planned to form a company using a Limited Liability Company (PT) and using the line and staff organizational structure method. The workforce required to operate this company is 37 people with the planned factory location being Padang Sikabu Village, Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh. The water source for this cooking oil factory comes from the Krueng Meureubo river and to meet electricity needs it is obtained from PLN with a power of 461,282 kW. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 107.356.750.938 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 11.928.527.882 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 119.285.278.820 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 93.833.039.641 5. Sales Cost (SC) = Rp 110.421.815.833 6. Net Profit = Rp 12.441.582.144 7. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 13 % Based on the technical and economic feasibility studies above, it can be concluded that the cooking oil factory design is feasible to proceed to the construction stage.
