Dayah merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam bersifat tradisional yang populer di seluruh penjuru Aceh. Kabupaten Aceh Besar salah satu Kabupaten terbesar di Aceh memiliki dayah berjumlah banyak dan tersebar menyeluruh. Informasi keberadaan dayah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar masih sedikit diketahui oleh masyarakat, dikarenakan data yang kurang lengkap merupakan faktor terbesar informasi dayah tidak tersebar
merata, sehingga masyarakat kesulitan dan terkendala dalam mencari fasilitas yang tersedia maupun lokasi dayah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang cepat membawa dampak yang besar untuk meninggalkan proses penelusuran informasi secara manual. Sistem Informasi Geografis merupakan suatu teknologi mengenai geografis yang memiliki kemampuan memvisualisasikan data spasial. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi geografis dayah Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang memberikan layanan informasi terkait fasilitas dayah yang tersedia setiap dayah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, dengan menggunakan virtual tour untuk memperoleh informasi secara nyata dalam WebGIS. WebGIS dibangun menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan library Leaflet. Usability testing dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kepada 100 orang responden terdiri user masyarakat umum, user pihak Dinas Pendidikan Dayah dan pihak Dayah mendapatkan hasil rata-rata persentase kelayakan sistem 87,18% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa WebGIS masuk dalam kategori sangat layak.

Dayah is a traditional Islamic educational institution that is popular throughout Aceh. Aceh Besar Regency, one of the largest districts in Aceh, has a large number of dayah and is spread throughout. Information about the existence of dayah in Aceh Besar Regency is still little known by the public, because incomplete data is the biggest factor. Dayah information is not spread evenly, so that people have difficulty and are constrained in finding available facilities and the location of dayah in Aceh Besar Regency. The rapid development of technology and information has had a big impact on abandoning the manual process of searching for information. Geographic Information System is a geographic technology that has the ability to visualize spatial data. This research aims to build a geographic information system for Dayah Aceh Besar Regency which provides information services related to the Dayah facilities available for every Dayah in Aceh Besar Regency, using virtual tours to obtain real information in WebGIS. WebGIS was built using the Codeigniter framework and the Leaflet library. Usability testing in this research uses the USE Questionnaire method. Based on the results of testing on 100 respondents consisting of general public users, users from the Dayah Education Service and the Dayah Party, the results obtained an average percentage of system feasibility of 87,18%, so it can be concluded that WebGIS is in the very feasible category.
