 <note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Workplace Spirituality dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Employee Performance  yang dimediasikan  Job Satisfaction  pada anggota kepolisian Polda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 369 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Metoda Analisis Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan software Statistical Package For Social Scienced (SPSS). Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan Workplace Spirituality dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance Pada Anggota Kepolisian Polda Aceh. Sedangkan, Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Workplace Spirituality dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Employee Performance.&#13;
