Penelitian Skripsi ini berjudul “Perkembangan Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar Kabupaten Aceh Jaya (2000-2023)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui Apa yang melatarbelakangi berdirinya Dayah terpadu Darul Abrar Kabupaten Aceh Jaya (2000-2023); (2) Mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan pendidikan dan sarana prasarana Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar Kabupaten Aceh Jaya (2000-2023) dan (3) Mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perkembangan Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar Gampong Kabupaten Aceh Jaya (2000-2023). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Langkah kerja atau tahapan dalam penelitian sejarah terdiri dari pemilihan topik, pengumpulan sumber, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Teknik pengumpulan sumber/data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian: (1) Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar didirikan pada Pada tanggal 12 Januari tahun 2000 oleh Mustafa Sarong dan dewan guru dayah beserta masyarakat, Latar belakang berdirinya Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar ialah inisiatif Mustafa Sarong sendiri karena melihat kondisi pada saat itu tidak ada satupun lembaga pendidikan agama di daerah tersebut. (2) Perkembangan Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar bisa dikatakan sangat pesat, baik dari segi pendidikan maupun sarana dan prasarana. Saat ini Darul Abrar merupakan dayah terpadu terbesar di Aceh Jaya, dengan jumlah santri sebanyak 786 orang dan guru sebanyak 37 orang serta tenaga administrasi sebanyak 6 orang. Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar mempunyai tiga instasi pendidikan yaitu instasi Dayah, Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Sarana dan prasarana pada awal pembangunan yaitu hanya berbentuk rangkang (balai) yang diperuntukkan untuk seumeubeut (mengaji), namun bangunan yang dimiliki sekarang sudah berbentuk semi permanen hal ini jauh lebih baik dan semakin berkembang hingga saat ini setelah mendapat bantuan dari pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya dan Provinsi Aceh. Dan (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan dayah, Alumni, Masyarakat, Pemerintah, beserta kegiatan Formal dan Informal.

This thesis research is entitled "Development of Integrated Dayah Darul Abrar Aceh Jaya Regency (2000-2023)". This research aims to: (1) Find out what is behind the establishment of the integrated Dayah Darul Abrar Aceh Jaya Regency (2000-2023); (2) Knowing how the development of education and infrastructure for the Integrated Dayah Darul Abrar Gampong Aceh Jaya Regency (2000-2023) and (3) Knowing what factors influence the development of the Integrated Dayah Darul Abrar Gampong Aceh Jaya Regency (2000-2023). This research uses historical methods with a qualitative approach. The work steps or stages in historical research consist of topic selection, source collection, verification, interpretation and historiography. Source/data collection techniques are carried out using documentation, interviews and literature study. Based on the research results: (1) Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar was founded on January 12, 2000 by Mustafa Sarong and the board of Dayah teachers and the community. The background to the establishment of Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar was Mustafa Sarong's own initiative because looking at the conditions at that time there was no one religious educational institutions in the area. (2) The development of Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar can be said to be very rapid, both in terms of education and facilities and infrastructure. Currently Darul Abrar is the largest integrated Dayah in Aceh Jaya, with 786 students, 37 teachers and 6 administrative staff. Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar has three educational institutions, namely the Dayah institution, Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High School (SMA). Facilities and infrastructure at the beginning of construction were only in the form of a frame (hall) intended for seumeubeut (reciting the Koran), but the building that is now owned is in semi-permanent form. This is much better and has been developing to this day after receiving assistance from the Aceh Jaya Regency government. and Aceh Province. And (3) The factors that influence the development of Dayah Terpadu Darul Abrar are influenced by the Dayah Leadership, Alumni, Community, Government, along with Formal and Informal activities.
