ABSTRAK

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (posyandu) merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya kesehatan bersumberdaya masyarakat yang dikelola dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan desa. Pelaksanaan program posyandu ini memiliki pengaruh dan perubahan sosial yang sangat besar. Perubahan besar sosial tersebut berupa perubahan cara pandang masyarakat mengenai kesehatan, terutama kesehatan ibu dan anak, pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, deteksi penyakit sejak dini, dan masih banyak keuntungan lain yang menimbulkan cara pandang masyarakat terhadap kesehatan. Namun masih ada masyarakat yang belum secara penuh berperan serta dalam pelaksanaan program posyandu. Padahal tingkat keberhasilan program posyandu bergantung pada dukungan dan peran dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana peran posyandu di Gampong Paloh Lhok Usi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah jenis kualitiatif dan pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumintasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah peran Posyandu di Gampong Paloh Usi sudah sangat memadai dan memberikan sosialisasi dengan baik. Pelaksanaan program posyandu ini memiliki pengaruh dan perubahan sosial yang sangat besar. Perubahan besar sosial tersebut berupa perubahan cara pandang masyarakat mengenai kesehatan, terutama kesehatan ibu dan anak, pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, deteksi penyakit sejak dini, dan masih banyak keuntungan lain yang menimbulkan perubahan cara pandang masyarakat terhadap kesehatan. Namun masih ada masyarakat yang belum secara penuh berperan serta dalam pelaksanaan program posyandu.

ABSTRACT Integrated Service Post (posyandu) is a form of community-based health effort managed by, by, for and with the community, in order to empower the community and make it easier for the community to obtain village health services. The implementation of this posyandu program has had enormous social influence and change. These major social changes are in the form of changes in society's perspective on health, especially maternal and child health, monitoring children's growth and development, early detection of disease, and many other benefits that have led to changes in society's perspective on health. However, there are still people who have not fully participated in implementing the posyandu program. In fact, the level of success of the posyandu program depends on the support and role of all levels of society. Therefore, researchers want to know the role of posyandu in Gampong Paloh Lhok Usi. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative and data collection is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of Posyandu in Gampong Paloh Usi is very adequate and provides good socialization. The implementation of this posyandu program has had enormous social influence and change. These major social changes are in the form of changes in society's perspective on health, especially maternal and child health, monitoring children's growth and development, early detection of disease, and many other benefits that have led to changes in society's perspective on health.
