 <note>Listening is one of the four basic skills that must be mastered when learning English. The purpose of this study aimed to find out the perceptions of student users and non-users of English  learning on TikTok to learn listening at Syiah Kuala University. The method was a descriptive design with a survey through the questionnaire. The sample of this research were 3rd and 5th semesters students of faculty of teacher training and education, Syiah Kuala University. There are 120 samples that consist of 103 students who used English content learning on TikTok in learning listening, and 17 students who did not used English content learning on TikTok in learning listening. The researcher used the Mean formula in Microsoft Excel in calculating the results of the answers from the students' questionnaire users and non-users of English content learning on TikTok in learning listening. Based on the results, students users have positive perceptions of English content learning on TikTok to learn listening. They agree that TikTok allows them to improve their skills. While students' non-users view TikTok as less effective as a to learn listening.&#13;
